The problem with these is you go from a zero calorie, zero carb noodle to something that's low calorie (and not particularly filling), and moderately high in carbs. You're much better off buying the noodles yourself and adding sauce.

What are talking about?

This is 160 calories (80 x 2 servings) and 14 net carbs (7x 2 servings). Each serving is a half pack.

A 10 cent ramen has 50 net carbs!!

I miss noodles, ramen, pasta after almost 7 months on keto. Ive found decent bread and rice alternatives but not noodles yet. Seems pricey for the little amount you get and pribably not filling enough once you eat it
