I have a basic Greenworks pressure washer from years ago that still serves me well. Might not be at the top of Obsessed Garage's list but it's great for car washing, and I've used it to clean the driveway, walk, concrete steps, deck etc.. GPM isn't too high so it takes longer, but it does work. Of course I've upgraded to a longer, larger hose, stubby gun, and 2.5mm orifice nozzles.
edit: I should say I use the included gun for cleaning anything that isn't the car.

I can't tell you which is better but the 1800 PSI model is new hence the lack of reviews.

Not sure if it matters but Cleaning units are:

1800 psi x 1.1 gpm = 1980
1700 psi x 1.2 gpm = 2040
3% higher with older 1700 psi

Yes and no, the more foam the less raw soap you need to use and the longer it can sit there the more grime it can pull but a bigger factor in how clean your car is what type of soap you use, the vast majority use PH neutral soaps for the sake of protecting the wax but since it doesn't pull the wax it never really pulls out the tougher dirt and grime from the car. I've found it's better to use non-neutral soap and just apply meguirs fast finish after every wash, this video is a good summary as to why

just make sure its the purple power VEHICLE AND BOAT wash, not the regular purple power which for some reason is also found in walmart's auto wash isle....
Great concept, I have been doing this by chance and it turns out I am doing it right! Common sense, I guess.

Anyone know the near place to get replacement hoses? Or should I just got to Lowe's and be done with it? I've never used a pressure washer, but was needing one. My parents' neighbors bought a new one and gave them their old one. The only problem is there was a hole in the hose. I'm not sure how to tell what size it is or what I need. So I thought about just taking it into Lowe's or somewhere. But I thought online might be cheaper.

I own this one and use it to pressure wash the side of my house and it's great. Paid $79 last month for it at Lowe's.

Cancelled Sun Joe from Amazon right before it's delivery (10 steps away) and ordered this. Repped.

Yes, own this model. Use it bi-weekly for washing cars, had it a year and still working great. Recently used it on a concrete floor and it did a good job make it look newer again. Also used on stucco, enough pressure where it will take stucco off if you stand too close. About a 1' distance was good here.

Need something to clean wood deck and fences. Borrowed one that was a slightly older version of yesterday's Sun Joe deal and it worked really well with the 15 nozzle.

This one is cheaper and looks easier to store, but not sure if it includes nozzles I would need.

Had this for a few weeks, it worked great for that time until it broke on me during my 4th time using it. I returned it and got a different brand.
