Get a power cage if you lift anything over 150. I had this one a month ago it was okay. But I bought a fitness reality power cage and it is so much better!

You're implying this squat rack or bench can't handle 150lb lol.. Which is not true LMAO

A person gets a cage because it'll save their life compared to these squat rack designs that has no safeties.

It can handle it fine. But it's annoying having to put the bar in the holds after squat and having to do it perfect.

If youre not serious on moving heavy (to you) weights, this is totally doable.

However, I would never want to re-reack my weights on those forks with anything remotely heavy, itll push the entire rack forward and isnt very stable. Also due to the angle, it can be easy to re-rack and bounce the bar out of the upright.

I would also advise against this set if youre over 250 lbs, mostly due to the weight limits (610 total bench weight, means for only a max 360 bench. Which isnt very hard for someone of that size, or wont be eventually). If the squat rack is also limited to 300 lbs, many folks will pass that over time, if not already.

Personally I would buy a cage as its much more stable and safer options to re-rack the weight. I also would just buy a bench that shifts angles as "all-in-ones" arent great (in my experience).

With the lateral movement of unracking and reracking squats, it can't

Hm that might be far-fetched to say too, kinda knit picking at this point.

Unless you're intentionally rocking it laterally, I'd say you'd have to break some sweat to try and destroy this by rocking this thing horizontally.

Let's be real, this will do everything a squat cage can.. Except save your life.

This does not compare to a squat cage at all. Squat cage higher lifting capacity. Can do pull ups on it. Can do dips. Can attach trx bands or gymnastic rings. Can use pull up assist bands or resistant bands to attach to the cage to do other exercises.
