I sound like a broken record, but it's worth repeating: open a case with BBB [bbb.org], complain to your state attorney general (here's the site for CA [ca.gov]), add a review on Yelp, all of which are more helpful than posting here.

ShiftAutoBrokers has been registered with BBB [bbb.org]only since May 14, 2020. These new scamming websites have been popping up like mushrooms. If a retailer has no reviews, or any history, you must do some research before blindly placing an order. It's not that complicated, just have a modicum of common sense.
