Symptoms of poisoning include burning sensation, convulsions, cough, laboured breathing, shortness of breath, sore throat.[2] Skin exposure may also result in a sensation described as a tingling, itching, burning, or prickly feeling. Onset may occur immediately to four hours after exposure and may last 2–30 hours, without damage. First aid measures are included with the label information.[18]

My problem is flies, I take it this product isn't effective against flies since they don't advertise it?

So mosquitos wouldn't fly over to bite me if I spray my yard but my neighbors on my left, right and back don't spray?

Honey 🐝. Dead
Yes it will kill honey bees but that isn't the big issue. Honeybees aren't even native where I live but they will always have people like me spending loads of time and money making sure they stay healthy.

The real problem is this wiping out populations of the native bees that are way more efficient at pollination. These species are the ones completely dying out.

Just buy talstar P or bifentherin with a lawn hose end sprayer. Will last you a lot longer and this is what professional companies use.
What he said. Talstar will last months and kills everything. Spray around your doors and windows.

If you want to kill mosquito and flies. Get Imidacloprid granules and spread around your lawn. Once it's watered in, either by rain or sprinklers, it will kill many bugs including mosquitos. Bees are somewhat safe because the granules are in the soil and not on top of the grass. Once it's watered in it becomes activated, but the poison will remain in the soil. it will kill mosquito when they lay their eggs. You should also be using this for keeping your lawn healthy as it will kill many insects that do harm to your lawn, including grubs that are known for destroying lawns.

Any recommendation on good hose-end sprayer? All I can find on Amazon has leaking or weak plastic nut issue

Get a gallon sprayer instead of using your hose. A hose will not give you the proper poison to water ratio.

Aren't those all the same or similar, it's just the concentration make the difference?
Those spray are always either lambda-Cyhalothrin, Bifenthrin, Deltamethrin...all belongs to the group pyrethroid, there is no secret or patent, it's just which pyrethroid they chose regardless of what brands.

Try Cutter Natural. It's been working for us. The product is safe on kids, pets. I would not spray on flowers or on vegetable garden. It smells nice and works instantly. The same rule of thumb applies: get rid of standing water, do not apply before a rain storm, etc.
Cutter Natural has ingredients as lemongrass oil and potassium sorbate as preservative which is also used in food. You can spray them on flowers and vegetables.
Or you can mix that yourself. I have food grade lemongrass essential oil, peppermint oil, rosemary oil and mix with castile soap as wetting agent to make spray.
