I couldn't tell a difference. Other half couldn't tell a difference. The smell and quality of clean if inferior to tea tree. You're much better off taking a biotin supplement.

Correct. Biotin in shampoo is a waste. The shampoo is not on the head long enough for the scalp to absorb anything significant, it doesn't treat existing hair, and you are much better off getting a supplement.

So it doesn't grow back a full head of hair? Asking for a friend.

Biotin doesn't help with hair growth, but it'll help your hair get thicker. My barber recommended taking biotin supplements when she noticed my balding was getting pretty bad and I took biotin supplements and it really did make my hair thicker and helped hide the balding. But of course, that only worked up to a point because my hair kept falling off. Even if you don't have hair loss issues, biotin can help your hair look great though- can help with volume.

One thing to note, biotin can cause acne. NatureMade was the first brand I tried and did't have any issues. But later I tried Nature Valley, Spring Made and Natrol- all of which resulted in acne.

This shampoo is a waste of money and won't do shit though.

Oral Supplements like Biotin and MSM give boost to existing hair and improve shine and quality of hair etc., but Biotin (or any other supplement for that matter) does not necessarily grow hair from follicles that are failing or dead especially due to hereditary (MPB) hairloss. Biotin is basically an ingredient that is essential in making the body of hair, but does not "pump"'the follicle to "wake up." It is simply sort of raw ingredient in factory that goes into one side of a machine and comes out as final product from other side of the machine. Raw ingredient being biotin, the machine being hair follicle, and final product being hair/strand. Just as the machine has to be in working condition to utilize the raw ingredient, your hair follicle has to be in working condition on its own for Biotin to be of any use. In conclusion, Biotin on its own does not grow hair.

For true hair growth is it still minoxidil (Rogaine)?

More..... balding men are probably the most distressed men as they feel completely powerless to nature, especially at the start in teen years, and early twenties. And there are some who actually commit suicide because they can't see their changing appearance they have to carry on their shoulders. So, there are few things you can do. The most effective is finesteride (propecia). They are now dirt inexpensive and you can buy them from online pharmacies coming from India etc. Totally legit and under American pharmaceutical licensing and supervision. There are side effects, but I would suggest even taking one fifth of the recommended dose to minimize the side effects. It does work. Do not waste money on hairloss therapies out there, they are simply preying on your desperation, and is multi billion dollar industry. If you have questions, let me know I ll try to help

I've bought over 20 shampoos and I've only been able to find one that actually regrows my hair and will always buy it. I also still have some of this left and not recommend it some people it will make there hair fall out more. This is truly crap.

Don't waste money on shampoos. If this worked for anyone, it's just coincidence and due to other factors.
1. Eat healthy, take supplements
2. For men: Take small dose of finasteride daily. You can cut the tables into half or 1/3. Possible side effects.
3: Use minoxidil, but it doesn't work for everyone. Warning: if are committed to use forever. If you stop using, you will loose at twice the rate.
