Is this good for dog hair?
Yes, it will rip the hair right off of your dog!

Hi - Does anyone know the exact model that is being ordered and if it's brand new or refurbished? Thank you.
New from what I read on the website as its shipped directly from Dyson.

Just wondering if you click on the visit Dyson.com link. I clicked on it and added to cart, but don't see anywhere to enter a promo code.

How strong is this vacuum? I have an old Eureka Airspeed One standard vacuum that does ok but sometimes I vacuum over something and some particles remain and I have to do it over again. This is especially evident on floors and not carpet as I think the suction isn't super strong. I really want something super strong...will this do?

This offer is through Google Shopping, not directly from Dyson.
The coupon will auto-add once in cart from the Google Shopping site. HTH Smilie

I looked at this review, https://moderncastle.com/dyson-an...or-origin/ and decided to go in.

I grabbed a refurb MF2 a couple of months back and it's picked up so much dust/debris hidden in the carpets, it's a little embarrassing. 15yr old Bissel upright and a V6Abs couldn't get to the base of the carpet fibers. I've been vacuuming the same places everywhere and i'm still picking up dust. I figure walking around will loosen any dirt that's been packed in over the years so I can pick it up later. If the Origin has more suction power, I expect it will perform the same or better.

One thing, I HATE the wand/hose. It's terrible for maneuverability and it pops out of the holster after vacuuming for a while.
