There are a number of similar phones at higher price points but without Android One getting a lot of attention. My neighbor got this and I have to say it's great and cheap. Good if you care about security and still want a good phone on a budget.

It went out of stock yesterday but they got more in today. I imagine it will continue to go in and out of stock.

Looks like a nice phone at a decent price. Unfortunately, it is only GSM whereas my Moto that it would be replacing is both GSM & CDMA and I like having that choice. Blush
Yah I hear ya. I still love my Moto but with all it's security vulnerabilities I just can't use it. I do my banking, bills, work, almost everything on my phone these days

Thanks for the post, I'm jumping off the Motorola budget train to Nokia, due to the software and security updates. Motorola is slow to release security patches - mine is at Feb 1, 2019!
Here's a review of the phone: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4...e=youtu.be

Limit the usage of apps, should be fine. I dont use any other apps than my banking apps on my still awesome old Moto phone.

Decent, but definitely some tradeoffs.

Pros
- Android One starting at Android 10, so should get major updates to 11 and 12
- Very stock Android; no bloatware
- Long battery life. (4000mah + low res screen + midrange cpu)
- Large 6.55" screen, and decently small bezels
- USB-C, NFC, Headphone Jack
- Multiple lenses for wide angle and macro shots
- Fun Color option

Cons
- No T-Mobile band 71; no support for Verizon or Sprint (maybe could use a Verizon LTE-only provisioned sim?). I'd probably only get this for AT&T.
- Not even Full HD screen. Not AMOLED either
- SD665 feels a bit underwhelming
- Amazon listing has conflicting info, so tough to be sure about specs (i.e. micro-usb in summary seems to be wrong). Nokia has also had different specs in different regions. Their site shows this could have 3/4/6 GB RAM (per region or are their tiers?)
- Low MP for secondary cameras

Overall, not to sound redundant but the Pixel 3a will likely soon be this price again. It has an OLED screen, similar update length and updates delivered sooner, 670 cpu, T-Mobile band 71, AT&T WiFi calling & volte, support for Sprint/Verizon, stereo speakers. And while it doesn't have the other lenses, is primary camera rivals flagships.

Nokia should start offering a quad band phone so that it is compatible with both GSM and CDMA and then they can seriously give a run for money to Moto G series. Right now, this is their weakest weapon in the fight for mid-range supremacy
Also, Pixel A series can become the king of mid-range if Google really starts pushing it
