As someone on a low-carb lifestyle myself, why even comment if you aren't going to buy? It's just as bad as people trolling about low carb snacks and supplements on here. Don't like it, move on, deal isn't for you. I don't normally call people out but I just don't understand it.

Anyways, I'm buying these for my kids, one of which has food allergies and this brand is known for being very allergy friendly with cleaning and processing. They're highly active and this is a treat, not lunch or dinner.

Thanks for posting this OP, repped. Thumbsup

Add some nut butter on top of them. The protein in it will help counteract the sugar.

Dude is right even though y'all fatasses downvoted his comment.

30-count KIND Healthy Grains deal I bought last week: 1 bar, 35g, 5g total sugar, 5g added sugar.
MusclePharm Combat Crunch deal I also bought last week: 1 bar, 63g. 5g sugar, 4g added sugar, 5g sugar alcohol. 20g protein.
This bar [naturesbakery.com]: One package (2 bars), 57g. 19g total sugar, 14g added sugar.

Was interested in getting it since I eat bars for breakfast, but that's way too much sugar. Saw the 2 1/2 teaspoons of sugar per bar in the reviews, and lots of pictures of moldy figs inside too.

KIND bars are still on sale. You could eat two of those and only consume half the sugar content you get from 1 package of these.

Yeah but "nature" and "whole wheat" and "real fruit" and "vegan" and "Non-gmo".

For that much sugar they're probably delicious.
