The most inexpensive patches that I know of that work for me are Hanhoo blemish patches. A pack of 36 and available at Walmart for $2.50. Like these Nexcare ones, they come in two sizes.

With Hanhoo, you get:

18 ct 10mm
18 ct 12mm

Nexcare:

24 ct 8mm
12 ct 12mm

I'm a grown man who still needs to use these. They've been great. At night I disinfect the area, pop zip, disinfect again, put one of these over and remove it in the morning.
My account isn't exactly new and I can attest that these things work great. I have no idea if the other accounts are legit but they're not wrong. I'd be very surprised if someone were shilling for a $4 product. I bought a pack like three years ago and I'm still using it so I guess they got my dollar per year.

Reviewers say these acne covers (patches) work! It's certainly cheap to try them out.

I've used these patches for a different brand it it worked. It's not a miracle patch by any means but it really brings down the pimple that you might be dealing with. I've had a huge zit a few months ago(acne never really goes away even when you grow up kids) and it brought it down after three days of use.

These work really well for absorbing oils and puss in pimples, especially in whiteheads. They are really popular in Asia and available in every drug store but near impossible to find in stores in the US.

This keeps you from messing with the pimples and it works in that the pimple doesn't get bigger or worst. It's for occasional flare ups and not for those with ache problems.

Have these and they definitely work. However, these do not stick well at all for me.

Hmm, may grab these. New "maskne" acne all of the time from masks.

I've found these to be most useful right after popping a zit (i know you're not supposed to), or directly on a whitehead. These absorb oil that comes out of the ache. Don't expect miracles but they certainly do work.
