This is probably the quickest buy I have made. My wife is baking more and know she will love this. Thanks, OP.

Ehhh... My wife and I both do some baking, and I was tempted, but that middle and lower rack look like a pain in the butt for access. Removable racks would be more ideal. Guarantee I would hit the rack above or have trouble reaching in and end up making a huge mess.

Maybe that's just my lack of dexterity with a spatula.

You would load the bottom to the top.... then remove from the top to the bottom. This is also apparently 16 inches tall so there is like a 6 in clearance between the first rack and the second rack and another 6 in clearance between the middle rack and the top rack. So unless you are a person with large cartoon hands, your hands will easily be able to slide between this to pick up cookies lol

Try this one, it separates and it's only 9.99. we have this and it's great to be able to just use one, two, or all three. And you can load the cookies on THEN stack them.

there are lots of other removable cooling racks available from amazon. But remember those are stackable but not collapsible. If you need one layer tray then ignore all these deals.
this one is 9.99$ and also on deal: https://www.amazon.com/Wilton-Per...ast_sto_dp

These are '"cooling racks!!!'" This means that you already baked the 🍪🍪🍪cookies!

Is this Mr and Mrs Howard Hughes?!?!

Step (1) remove cookies from the top.
Step (2) remove cookies from the middle front, then the 2nd row.
Step (3) Gently, move the last row from the middle...while GENTLY shaking the bottom row onto the serving dish you put in front of the entire rack (unless you're Michael J Fox)
