I hear that iron supplements can prevent chronic nose bleeding, what kind of dose would I want to take for something like that?
Iron can be very toxic you probably want to consult a doctor on iron supplementation.

Thanks Dr J, is that enough?
We did that for my wife although we also relied on supplements (SlowFe is one common brand). According to that size you may get an extra 6-8mg per cup of food cooked in an iron skillet, so a few cups ~ 18-24mg which is what you're supplementing anyway.

Just a thought.

[and btw iron supplementation can cause constipation]

It also can make it worse

Again, as everyone else has said, talk to your doctor.

Vitamin K increases clotting so should help with that.

Last deal I bought and regret. It tastes really bad and I can't leave 1 star review because seem like this company pay people a free gummy bottle if they leave 5 star review so that Amazon blook review to this product.

I just bought a bottle of Mag from the same company via SD deal and can confirm they included a card in the box that promises a free bottle for a review.

[And btw the letters on each bottle correspond with the vitamin/nutrient - for iron it's an I, magnesium an M, etc.)

vitamin C increases uptake of non-heme iron - it's included to facilitate your body's adsorption of the iron, not really as a vitamin C supplement.

Iron supplements are overrated, never heard of somebody who actually needs these!
People with anemia?

:
Infants/toddlers and women are usually the groups that require iron supplementation. Two of my kids have needed it and my wife needed it during 2 pregnancies.

For men, by in large unless you have some sort of bleeding issue, shouldn't need nor take iron supplements (also why while many women's multis might have iron, men's won't).
The commentor joGravey has been living underneath a rock. There are plenty of reasons why folks need iron supplements. Females usually take these more than males for various reasons, if you don't know the reason then google them yourself. Common sense will tell some of them are, monthly menstrual cycle, pregnancy causing lost of blood, etc...but I guess joGravey has no common sense. Don't expect iron supplements to magically help you overnight, it takes time. You think you regain all of the blood lost overnight, heck no.
When I went shopping for iron supplements I couldn't find them and when I found them it was largely marketed for females.
