STAND4SMALL
$539.99 - Coupon: STAND4SMALL = $485.99
If you can make use of the $100 GC, essentially making the monitor $386
to sweeten the deal, take advantage of amex $120

Connectivity Options
Ports & Slots:
1. AC power port | 2. Security lock slot | 3. HDMI port | 4. DP port | 5. USB-C/DisplayPort | 6. Audio line-out port | 7. USB downstream ports (2) | 8. Stand lock | 9. USB downstream port | 10. USB-C downstream port

Cables Included:
1. Power cable | 2. Type-C cable (C to C) | 3. USB-C cable (C to A) | 4. DisplayPort cable (DP to DP)

This has 90W power delivery, so 1 cable solution is possible if your laptop supports it
and it is cheaper thanlast popular +95 FP deal

I really don't want to upscale the text to make it readable. I agree with you for 4K, 30" is very minimum, 32" is ideal, and 43" is probably too big to sit on my desk. Perhaps I will mount it on the wall. What do you think about the price of 43" in this deal though? $774 - $100GC - $120 AMEX = $554
dang i didn't even see that. i'm signed in on my work VPN and it auto shuts down the link in the 1st post i'm guessing possibly due to the referral link. when i go to the page outside of slickdeals i can open the link. personally i think that's a pretty sweet deal i would do it if it's me. now i'm wondering why i cancelled my amex lol...... great.

for anyone in the know... are these dell GCs sellable? or do they lock it down to the buyer?

The $100 egift card will be sent by email within 20 days and will expire 90 days from issuance. The Amex offer (Spend $599 or more, get $120 back) works in one or more transactions as long it is by July 31, so there is about at least 10-15 days to use the $100 gift card in another purchase of $213.01 ($113.01 without the gift card) or more to qualify for the Amex offer.
yeah good points, but the only things for me are:
1. someone in an amazon review for a benq monitor said it blew away this same dell one when he had them next to each other.
2. I have used VA for over a decade in a row, and people say IPS is bland compared to VA, so I am scared to chance it.

I "think" it must be either PD2700U because I have that written down and I have BenQ SW271 written down, but that one is $1100, so I wouldn't be comparing that one to the dell. lol.

Sure seems like there was another, but maybe it was the 2700u. Only thing there is I think it doesn't have freesync?

I hear ya. I'm hunting for a 4K 32" IPS panel. Doesn't have to be above 60hz, I'm not looking to spend $1k here, but it does need to be a good 60hz.
U should get the sams club LG 32 4k its $299 plus tax. 60Hz though. Lg32uk50t is the model.

I got it delivered last week and its perfect for my use.

I got the 2K version of this monitor, U2719DC (last year's model), it's a sweet monitor. I use it for work. Dell monitors are solid and these come with an awesome 3 year warranty too in case.
I'm using a 30 inch 2560x1600 dell monitor from 2007, still works flawless no dead pixels.

My office's oldest monitors however are HP LP2465 which we keep because they have the 16x10 ratio and rotating stands (2005-2006), plus a couple Samsung 21 1600x1200s (2004-5).

what is the gc deal? any monitor on the site? it's not part of the promo code, I assume, just part of a sale?

Also is the screen matte or glossy? edit: it's apparently matte with a coating.

Does it have fans? Seems like this may be the one that someone said did and then someone else showed it doesn't.

No gsync or hdr? I assume it has freesync.
edit: does have hdr to an extent.
edit: not even freesync...

well I just researched and got my.... disappointing answers. It isn't even freesync compatible, let alone gsync. Even though I have not pc gamed, I am building a pc with good aprts so would be tempted to and then not even have freesync?

I think 27" is too small for 4K, and 43" is too big for my desk. Decision.....decision....decision.....
agree ... If I mostly use this in QHD resolution, is it worse than buying the Dell 27" QHD monitor?

Isn't amex $599 off the total purchase spending so it would include applicable taxes?
