Make sure you change the sub to shipping otherwise it defaults to pickup! Also check the shipping address for it as it auto ships to your accounts default if you are shipping it elsewhere you will have to change it within a few min of your order being processed!

This vs the Vizio from Costco that I bought two weeks ago the 5.1.4 system

Vizio SB36514-G6 36" 5.1.4 Channel Home Theater Sound System and Wireless Subwoofer with Dolby Atmos

Item #5144946

Thoughts?
The Vizio setup is much better stick with that

Can anyone link me the subwoofer directly?

I already have the JBL link soundbar ...wonder if I can somehow upgrade to add a subwoofer

FYI - I picked this up last time there was a deal. It sounds FANTASTIC for the price, easily the best soundbar + Sub I ever heard for this price, but I am no audiophile.

HOWEVER - I couldn't get ARC to work for mine and there is no IR control, so it couldn't be controlled by my Harmony One. Back it went.

This will be okay for music. If you are getting this to watch movies please consider (get a proper AVR setup as I would never recommend a soundbar for quality/cost) or getting at least a 3.1 soundbar that has a dedicated center channel. Dialogue and speech will be clear instead of mixed with sorround sound and hard to hear
You are exactly correct. Not sure why the td.

This versus the Sonos Beam?
Beam all the way. I've had multiple JBL soundbar and absolutely loved them, but the sound quality from the Beam is on another level. Plus you can constantly expand your setup with the Beam. I started with the Beam then added two surrounds and next I'll add the sub. It is more expensive, but worth it

I got this same setup (bar+sub) a few months ago for $230. Worth every dime. I bought this for our bedroom as the sound from our Samsung plasma is garbage, and my full secondary HT setup was feeling too bulky in there. The sound is good/very good, a huge improvement over the tv but not as good as the Marantz/Athena setup it replaced. However, for the size difference and space savings it was definitely worth it. The Android TV is a bonus and works well. It is not as fast as my Shield Pro, but then again no Android TV device is. It has all the apps I need, and the Assistant works well (even from another room). The only issue I ran into is that the CBS All Access app doesn't work when trying to watch Discovery or Picard, it has audio but only a black screen. This might be an issue with my bedroom TV though, as it is only 1080P and I have a feeling that the app may be trying to send HDR. I haven't confirmed that by hooking it up to my 4K TV though. ARC is flaky, but in my experience the TV I have has never had a good experience with ARC. I have my Blu-ray player, cable box and a Fire TV stick hooked up directly to the bar though, so no real use for ARC anyway. It does control tv power on/off and switching inputs with voice control works well.

I just unpacked and set mine up!! Sounds great! Better than my same wattage HK sound bar from a few years back.
How is this just as a chromecast replacement? Smilie. I know the other home features are lacking per reviews. But I really just want this cuz I don't wanna buy a $80 chromecast
