Decent bench for the price point and options. Incline/decline work well and the bench is pretty sturdy. Preacher curl bar on leg attachment is great, although you need more larger plates as it won't hold enough (x2 35lbs, x2 25lbs, x1 5lbs is max for example). With typical 300lb Olympic set, you'd probably only get x2 45lbs and x2 35 lbs on it. Separate bench, so OK for squats. Some negatives: 7' bar barely clears making it hard to put the bar back on when benching heavy weights. The rests are just too wide. The arms start to give around 205 lbs, so don't slam the weights. Screw in height adjustment for bench and preachers curl stink - takes too long to change/adjust. Pass on it if you have 2 people at different heights that regularly use it. As previous mention, I'd also not get this if shorter than 6' give/take. My son is 6'1"and I'm 6'3", so it works for us.

Makes sure you can get weights first. Folks are flipping weights on eBay because of gym closures.

Decided to bite but Walmart's website isn't allowing me to checkout. Hoping I didn't order this thing twice so I'm gonna hold off until they sort out their issues otherwise, I'm gonna need a quick cancellation of a duplicate purchase. Big Grin

Walmart charged me 3 times so there may be 2 additional units available when my cancellations finally go through.

out of stock, but I bought a squat rack since, comparatively, it is a decent price and I doubt I'll be in the gym much for the next year.

A few months back this was $139 + free shipping at Walmart. Even with Covid price gouging its a very good set! Sturdy!

A few things tho:

The rubber "feet" keep sliding off the rack and bench if not on a carpeted floor.

Preacher pad does not have "grips" its just bare metal so wear grippy gloves or buy some foam grips somewhere somehow (sorry i can't be more helpful with this).

It will ONLY fit 7 foot barbells. 6 ft barbells will not be wide enough.

Everything else about this item is a Pro rather than just those 3 cons.

$200 tho...man idk...its barely a deal. Definitely not slick. $159 wouldve been slick during Covid.

Just my 2 cents.

Cheers!

Ordered the rack a while back for ~$90. Came in just over a week. Overall, no complaints for the price. The main point of contact between the bar and weight support on either side is pretty thin aluminum that gets eaten up by a quality bar with regular use.

Tempting, but weights are at an all time high
True but not impossible to find weights, more companies are getting stock in. I was able to get a 300 lb set from fitness gear at my dicks w/ bar last week(they had 5 sets in stock now sold out at my location) I believe it was $238.49 after taxes and I purchased it from my phone inside the store using the 10% off for email sign up right off the website, and I saw one at academy sports as well CAP for $229 w/ bar. They both also had weight benches and racks as well.

That's funny, your wife's family said the exact same thing about you.

Haters gonna hate.

I know what you were going for here...but it fell flat. It just didnt make a whole lot of sense.

Also, I am going to hate on these garbage products considering my gym is full of cybex and hammer strength equipment...followed by york roundheads and barbells/oly plates. Yeah...Im disgusted that people use trash weider products. And no, that wasnt a humble brag...that was a straight up savage brag...lol.
