This deal is derived from Dell UltraSharp 27 4K USB-C Monitor. Credit goes to noggenfogger. This deal is very sweet with $100 GC and $120 credit from AMEX (YMMV), potentially make the final price to $491.

Dell has Dell UltraSharp 43 4K USB-C Monitor: U4320Q [dell.com] for $1099 - $260 instant savings = $790. Apply 10% off coupon STAND4SMALL to drop the price to $711. Shipping is free with free upgrade to expedite 2nd business day shipping.

06/30 EDIT: 10% off coupon STAND4SMALL seems dead. Alternatively, you may sign up [dell.com] for Dell emails and get an unique 10% off code which usually arrives within 30 minutes after signup.

06/30 EDIT 2: Dell has reactivated the 10% off coupon STAND4SMALL. It is good again for the purchase.

The purchase will come with $100 Dell Gift Card that will be sent by email within 20 days and will expire 90 days from issuance.

For those who have AMEX $120 off $600 offer, the cost will be further down to $591 after $120 credit from AMEX.

* Applicable sales tax will be added to the final price.*

I'm still using my 39" Seiki bought 6 years ago from TigerDirect for $284 after $50 rebate. This thing just won't die.

Can you explain how were you able to get the expedited shipping? I just signed up for the free membership but it is nice t taking off the expedited shipping charges.

Nm. I was able to get it by clearing and starting the transaction after signing up for the reward.

I own the Dell U3818DW which I really like the KVM portion of it, but I have been having trouble getting my head around how it would work once you add another monitor to the mix. Is there something that would switch a monitor that large and another monitor? Or are we looking at having something like this 43 inch with split screen and tying it to the other devices?

Then the work laptop will only support so many screens at certain resolutions, so not sure how it'll work there either.

Anyone out there have any experience with monitors in this size range and adding another large monitor or something like a gaming monitor? Used to run machines with their own keyboard and mouse each, but I really do like the single keyboard and mouse. Can't use software like the logitech flow or any such because of data security etc... kinda shocked they didn't balk at my Dell's KVM software...and if they do can always use the buttons on the monitor, though not super convenient.
I have the LG 43ud79 and love it for multitasking, it has pbp at the hardware level so you can split screen up to (4) 21" screens @ 1080p (I have not checked refresh limits but I assume it's 60). It has 6 ports and you can pbp with any combination of 4 ports. I've run 4 connections to the same gpu to make my computer think I have 4 monitors and I've done 3 screens + 1 console or laptop. The promo picture looks like this Dell supports the same, but the new LG 43un700 is $699 msrp ($683ish on Amazon rn) with HDR and USB C with 60W PD so I'm not sure if this dell is that great of a deal

So I have an HP Spectre 32in 4K that I use with 2x old Dell 2007FPs in portrait for a very wide setup and I just notice this 43in can do that with more modern 2x Dell monitors for a wider multi-monitor setup. Any idea on which monitors in portrait that this Dell is compatible for a triple setup? I want to price it out and see if this may be the upgrade I'm looking for since I'm tired of waiting on an UW 2160p monitor with similar diagonal space I have now (around 55in in 21:9 or maybe 32:9 ratio).

The line between tvs and monitors have blurred. (Pun intended). Unless the monitor has >60hz refresh or different inputs, there isn't much difference. Most tv's have HDR also while few monitors do. I could easily use my 65" oled as a monitor for gaming.

Does a TV have USB-C? Does a TV have better color accuracy than this? Stop talking out of your ass.
They were just cracking a joke man, no need to get so hostile.

I code on a 32" 1440 and that's about the largest I think I could do.
I code at 27" at 1440p and I agree. I think I hit my sweet spot for screen space and pixels. Any larger or higher resolution and I'll just end up having to zoom in anyways. Seems to be a very niche market for this monitor .

Can someone please explain to me what the benefit of having a USB-C monitor is over simply using DisplayPort or HDMI? What advantages does it bring to the table?

I really want to purchase this but very concerned about 104ppi, can someone with experience chime in?
a 43" 4k is literally the exact same pixel density as one 1080p 22" monitor (very typical in today's office settings). No scaling is needed and from normal distance, you can barely make out the individual pixels. So unless you're doing lots of photo editing (in which you want higher pixel density), this monitor is perfect for office work.

USB-C transfers audio, data, video and power.
