How does this compare to Worx Hydroshot?
For a similar price the Worx unit has one-2AH battery vs. this coming with two-4AH batteries. Pressure rating is the same. I'd say this is better since Ryobi batteries are far more useful.

Yes I have super long drive way and I feel I need a 4000psi commercial grade. I have 2000 psi and it takes all day to clean it.

I almost bit on this but it really doesn't seem much better than a good nozzle. Most decent hose nozzles can get you to 250-300 psi.

I'm a tool nut and have wasted a good amount of money on tools i rarely use but this just seems like one of those things that unless you have a super specific use for it, it will just waste space in your shed.

You would really do better with a cheap electric pressure washer in this price point with a much higher PSI. I mean if you have to be connected to a garden hose you cant be that far away from an electrical outlet. And if you are get a extension cord lol.
I mirror your sentiments. Looks cool, a new tool for our collection but after thinking hard about it, too many restrictions on what it would work for in real life vs cost benefit. I have a electric pressure washer on wheels with quick connects in all the hoses and only take a few minutes to set up with 5x the power! Reading through reviews here and on Home Depot I just don't think I would use it enough although because of the ability to siphon water from a bucket instead of a hose it does have a window for certain tasks like bike riders and ATV enthusiasts. The window is just too small for me.

This is an excellent deal - the 2-pack for the P108 batteries alone hover around $100. I always resell the charger for a decent price. All-in for this.

I bought this over 2 weeks ago with Home Depot's 'buy the batteries get the tool deal'. Took over a week to get it (normally takes 2-3 days). I chose this over the Worx Hydroshot (on sale at Lowe's for $99) as I had just bought 2 other Ryobi tools (hedge trimmer & polesaw) and am now invested in Ryobi (plus my Milwaukee, DeWalt, Porter-Cable and Black+Decker tools).

My plan was to use this to replace the spray bottle I use to mist my SUV with water-less wash solution. After a small learning curve I must say that this was an AWESOME CHOICE, I can literately do the job (water-less car wash) in half the time and effort do it better!

Note that if our desire is to do something such as I did, you should use the 'rinse' nozzle to dispense the wash solution as any other nozzle would dispense too much to quickly.

This is pretty awesome to use with my 125 gallon aquarium with a siphone hose connected to it, I can water all my plants with it.

Can this be connected in conjunction with a foam gun bottle?

I have a 2400 psi gx Honda 6.5 hp. and 4000 psi. 13hp gx Honda. Cat pumps. The 13hp is a beast and is best for larger jobs especially using a turbo tip

I have the Worx 40v. (Metal pump Body)And if you want cordless it is much better than this ryobi

The batteries might be worth it but the tool itself might not be. If you can find one of the other tools that come with the batteries for the Ryobi Days Event, I would look at something else.
