Really not sure if you're serious or trolling here.

Mom's feet go on thr footrest to relieve lower back pressure while holding/feeding the baby. Also gives better control when using the glide feature by allowing your feet to stay planted and legs extend through the motion.
As an alternative, I just bought the following similar chair two weeks ago for $130 and really like it.

Babies need comfort and the feeling to be loved. If they don't get that feeling then they grow up and leave comments like yours on SD.

So that it can crawl up onto the ottoman for feeding? I still don't get it.

About same price as other less wellknown brands. I'm not sure Graco is higher quality. Basiclly, don't let retail price tricks you.

I had a similar one of these, overall was very happy with it, except that it squeaked. Baby didn't seem to mind though.

Yikes...comparing reviews, the Walmart Graco one is not as good as Wayfair's

Take the reviews with a grain of salt. Walmart and Wayfair are the same company and likely sells the same product in both websites.

Edit: I hadn't checked the actual product pages. But it looks like Walmart has Graco and Wayfair has Viv+Rae. I thought it was the same Graco product.

These are used for a total of 3-9 months unless you're a weirdo, so check CL.
We hardly used ours as well. Our pediatrician warned us about rocking our baby to sleep.

I have a upholstered rocking chair that I've used for 2 years. We use it while we read to my son which likes to be in our lap. Yes, you eventually stop rocking the baby to sleep but I think their are some additional uses than just that.
