Not really a 'bad' deal. But if there's any IKEA near you, they sell the rebranded Eneloop Pro 4-pk for 7.99.

My bad, I must have not had enough items to qualify. Often, there's a difference in price regardless of how many S&Ss you have active.

How much is the Eneloop AAA 8 pack normally?

Edit: $18.91 ... Didn't think it was in my order history but it was.

The panasonic, they make eneloop, one on here the other day is great the USB is a small added bonus https://slickdeals.net/f/14157863-panasonic-bq-cc75asba-eneloop-individual-battery-charger-with-usb-charging-port-white-8-amazon?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1

Thanks. I am reading old posts and some have suggested advanced ones too. Now I am confused. Is there one that is both fast and slow with auto shutoff? Also USB input will be desired as I bought a solar charger a few months ago and could put that to good use.

This is a good deal and about as low as the price will get when ordering directly through Amazon. The Eneloops have a reliable capacity and they they have a proven track record over long term use, but the brand adds to the price.

There are some rewraps (like the Ikeas) that are cheaper IF they're the exact same part number and IF they haven't made recent changes.

More info:

Project Farm did a great comparison on the AAs:

It's not a USB input. It's a USB charging output. So you can charge your phone or something in the same location with the same outlet.

In general, slower charging give greater capacity, but there are some other variables too. Also, AAAs need slower charging because they can't dissipate the heat as quickly. Here's some general recommendations:
https://eneloop101.com/charge/ene...op-charger

For a reliable charger that does it all, not just NiMh like the Eneloops, but Li-ino 18650's and the like, get an Opus BT C3100 for $30-40. It's sold under various other names too from the Chinese vendors who can't be named here.

I had no idea about this. What are they rebranded as? I was at Ikea this past weekend and will be going back in a month or ao.

Is $18.99 also a good price for the AA's?

Since it isn't posted, I'm assuming the AA 8-pk for $18.99 isn't a slick enough?
