Contigo does hot just fine.

It's not rated for hot liquids, nor does Contigo suggest you use it as such. Not sure if it's down to marketing or if the bottle is actually different but I confirmed with Contigo
And if you want more proof read the description

When figuring out what to fill your brand new water bottle with, steer clear of hot drinks/carbonated beverages and stick with cold liquids only.

Like I said. Does hot just fine. It's physics. Vacuum seal.

Bought two of these last summer. They're impressive. Keeps drinks ice cold. Pre-covid, I packed one with ice water one Friday for my child to take to school. We forgot about it until Saturday night and it still had ice in it! It's slender enough for a child's grip. Game changer for anyone who prefers their drinks ice cold.

Always have to laugh when people don't want to buy a water bottle or coffee mug because of the color. It's not like it's your car or house that will be some funky color. It's a freaking
I dont want a feminie colored product. Last I checked, I'm paying for it so I get to choose what I want. Why are you bothered? Edit: Your "Trump 2020" noise says it all

Several people have noted that it would not be good for hot liquids. Is there a reason why? Looks like it would be great for coffee...
According to the bottom of the bottle the issue is that hot liquid can cause internal pressure than can spray said liquid, I think this is especially true when you press the button to unseal it as some droplets around the cap often jump out.

It's hardly a big issue though, sounds more like Contigo's lawyers made them say it couldn't hold got liquid since they don't want to get sued by someone who got burned by hot coffee. Up to you if you actually want to put hot liquid in it or not.
