+better display
+metal build
+1lb lighter

-marginally less overall performance though gaming performance might be better
-less effective cooling
-lose the touch/2in1

For a person who is prioritizing display quality, build and weight above performance and touch, and that person also likes to casually game a bit, this seems like a decent option. I'm strongly considering..
For Ultrabooks and thin and light laptops, the trend is toward more soldered ram, not less.

This is a nice deal! I hear it gets hot though. Still, great value. Has a 100% sRGB screen. RAM is soldered but dGPU makes that hurt a little less.
