I love these. I have a pair for home/travel and a pair I leave at work. Comfortable, battery lasts me easily 2-3 weeks and great sound.

How far off are these from the more expensive 1000XM2/XM3 line?

Simple google search shows less features, slightly dated Bluetooth, noise canceling is not as good (not sure to what extent), but some users says it's more balanced in sound. The price difference to feature difference is something you decide on.

I have a pair of these along with Bose QC35. Compared to their Bose, they're significantly less comfortable, but not uncomfortable by any means. I can wear them for about an hour before I have to take them off for a few minutes to rest my ears. They're overall "comfortable," but not comfortable enough to wear for hours and hours without fatigue.

The sound quality is excellent and actually much better than Bose. They're more bass-y and sound a lot better overall. However, the noise cancelling is inferior compared to the Bose. They're good for an office environment and awesome for home use, but on an airplane they were disappointing. It still muffles a lot of the engine noise, but it's still very audible.

That being said, for $63 this is really good. I paid close to $170 for mine. Nowadays I have them lying around as a backup and use it for calls.

Bought these from same seller a month or so ago- easily one of the best sounding headsets I own, and I have many. Don't hesitate, you won't regret getting them.

Is there normally a requirement to have a certain amount of posting reps before someone can be employed by Slickdeals?

Pretty great deal... these were $300 when they first came out years back. I decided to give these a shot since I had some eBay bucks. Also, this seller has free returns, so if you don't like them, just send them back for free.

These are great headphones - I own a pair - but I recommend buying from Costco due to their excellent warranty policy. I have had to have 2 sets replaced over the past 18 months. One for a vibrating noise that developed when using NC. Another for failure to charge.
