Picked one of these up for $89 at my local Walmart. As always, YMMV with Walmart clearance, but there are several more in my area.

How reliable are the brickseek numbers?

I drove 2 hours round trip a week ago for a blackstone griddle and they had none in stock - brickseek said they had 4-5.
I went to a store today that brickseek showed 6 in stock. They didn't have any. It was 6:30 am so I doubt they sold out in 30 minutes

Here's the grill cover if you can find it. Oos online as well as every store near me, but it was $20 everywhere around me. $30 if you just want to do amazon:

If you find one that's a bit rusty, don't be too discouraged. My before and after seasoning images are attached and it's a night and day difference.

Is it best to use an exchange service or buy tank and refile at U Haul
If you like convenience, the exchange is easy. However, they don't fill the tanks completely, and it's a lot more expensive then just having it filled, at least around me. That obviously depends on prices around you and the price for an exchange. And I know around the 4th of July, Lowes will usually have a discount on the exchanges.

I do a combination. Propane tanks need recertified every so many years, so I'll exchange ones that are due for a nice new one (you need to look at the tanks and see the date they have stamped on them when doing an exchange). Or if I have one that I acquired that just doesn't look nice, I might exchange that one as well. Otherwise, I'll take them in to get them refilled since that's less expensive.

Of course mine says 2-3 and has zero, tons of the XLs. This is like the 5-6th Wal-Mart deal where Brickseek says 2-3+ and I can't find them. I guess I should learn my lesson..

If it helps, the one I got was in the garden center outside and was already assembled. Others reported them being still in the box, and I actually walked right by them as I was looking for the boxes, and I almost left without finding them.

Has anyone's store that has 2-3 available actually have it? I tried calling but they will not check for me. They said I could call back tomorrow. This store is about 45 minutes away and I doubt that they will have it. Would be nice if they could check on bigger items on something like this.

Yes, walmart.com showed two at my local store yesterday, then showed out of stock after that. Brickseek still said 2-3, so I went, and they did have three in stock that were pre-assembled.

Took the bait. 4 left on the 'not so good' side of town 15 minutes away. Hot weather, long line to get in...couldn't find any and checked the Walmart site again - 0 left. Which, of course, I should have expected.

On the way home, stopped by WMT which BS says has 2-3 in stock.

Spent 45 minutes and dId not see any on the floor. Response from few workers were the same - if none out in the garden center then we don't have any. None were very much helpful.

Both Walmart and BrickSeek claim my closest store has 2 in stock at $75. Searched entire store including garden center but found only the XL model on display.

Is this the Austin, TX Norwood Park? I was gonna check it out tomorrow, but if it doesn't exist then, that would help!

Yes. Feel free to check it out— I have not. I just hate that store because they always supposedly have some crazy stock count of some clearance item and never actually have it in stock.
