Acer is having a July 4th 20% promo. - code JULY2020

I've been looking for a monitor after accidently breaking my monitor(dropping it) yesterday.

Came across this pretty good deal on a 27" freesync monitor. My only hesitation was the resolution....at 1080p. But...it seems passable for the 144hz/5ms tradeoff.

They also have a 32" for $200 after code. but i think 32" might be on the cusp of being blurry at 1080p so i went with the 27" and to save $50.

Brick seek takes too much effort...I have no desire to run around risking catching covid19 for a chance to get a deal. Lol
Never state your opinion as a fact. At least explain why you feel that way.
Not true at all. I have a curved monitor and it's AMAZING

Looks decent if you can't find the $45-$90 brickseek deals on the 27" 165-180hz monitors

199$ for the 32 isn't a great deal? My nephew wants to upgrade from a 25" gaming monitor?

Any advice would be appreciated. Ps. He isn't super picky.

anyone know how wide three of these would be, taking into consideration the curve? i'll begin my research now and update with my findings.

I don't see too many curved monitors at 27" size. Is there a benefit to curved at 27, or will it be more beneficial at 32"+ sizes?

1080 on a 32 inch will look mediocre at best.

27 inches 1080p is blurry. Get 24inches 1080p display. I recently sold my 27 1440p monitor and got a 1080 p one. The pixels are visible

Also 27 inches with curves don't matter. Get a curved one if you are going for a ultra wide display

Why? On a TV I'd agree unless you plan your living-room around the optimal viewing location however I find a curved monitor makes the entire screen appear to be at the same angle relative to my eyes. I currently use a 32" and can happily watch a video in the corner while doing something else but with a flat monitor it felt like I was trying to watch a video on someone else's monitor.
