so confused, why would anyone buy these over a creatista plus for free when you buy $540 worth of pods?
Because the Creatista Plus machine plan, and all plans for that matter, has been dead for almost 2 weeks.

Because no one wants to drop 540$ upfront for coffee. Thats human phycology.

Probably a better deal since the one OP posted does not contain the frother.

Well technically it's not upfront since you're paying $50/month. But yeah that's a lot of pods...

Thanks OP! I was hoping for a Citiz deal but I pulled the trigger on the Pixie. Not bad for about $140 OTD with tax after CB from **** (12%) and Discover (5%).

Anything that doesn't say Vertuo in it.

I've had 3 nespresso machines and they always end up getting clogged often. Do you have better experience in higher-priced nespresso machines like the Latissimna?
I got my Nespresso Inissia with Aeroccino Milk Frother ($88 total @ Target March 2017) and it works as good today as it did then. I think the big reason is using filtered water. I use all different types of pods with no problem whatsoever. Then again, maybe I just got lucky with my machine?

Just press the button again and it'll stop brewing.

These prices are ok. For example, I bought the Breville Essenza Mini with the Aeroccinno for the same $93 at Target last May that Macy's is charging without it. I suspect demand for these machines are higher as a result of the pandemic. For example, my sister bought one at the start of the pandemic when she realized that they'd be stuck at home.

My sister bought the Vertuo machine and I have the originale machine. IMO, they are different machines. The original line is exclusively espresso usually designed for 2 to 4 ounce draws and you choose how large a draw no matter what is suggested by the pod maker. In comparison, the Vertuo line makes up to 8 ounce cups and you have no control over the size as the machine reads a bar code on the pods and adjusts brewing accordingly. I feel like the Vertuo is a lot more like a Keurig than the original line.

Agreed, The original capsule machines are rarely discounted this much. I've been watching for quite some time and missed the Target deal. Almost all of the deals now are for the Vertuo line.

The pods for the original are cheaper and available frequently in stores and there are many brands available. Vertuo you've got to get from Nespresso or Amazon and only Nespresso makes them.

Which makes better espresso is hard to say. I've had both and both are good. If you are going to make espresso only with it I would get the original because it's smaller and cheaper. If you want to be able to make regular coffee also then you're better off with a Vertuo. But I don't think either of them can make espresso as good as a dedicated regular espresso machine. But that does take a little practice to get it right.

I'm on the fence of getting this, with all the leaking reviews.
I have this exact model from BBB used a 20% coupon when it was on sale. No issues leaking since owned in Jan of this year. Very happy with quality of coffee.

My aero 3 milk frothier broke though 4 months in. Just would not froth as good as when it was new. Contacted Nespresso they kept telling me there is nothing wrong with it. To add insult to injury the blame me and the milk which I tried several fat content and brands, same results. Had to push and push them. They finally sent me a new whisk magnet piece. Same results so ended up getting a new frothier off amazon for $40, problem solved.
Don't expect Nespresso support to do anything for you but blame you for things not working. Good luck!
