Can someone explain how to get this free? I have the power washer and the batteries in my cart for a total of $99. It looks like the batteries can return for $55, but don't understand FREE? Thanks!
It's not free. It's prorated if you purchase the tool alone, or $99 for the combo.

Can someone elaborate on this tool, and if it is any good? I see there are mixed reviews, and I would like to get an idea before digging into hundreds of reviews.

EDIT:
From the gist of the reviews, it seems that it is not powerful like most pressure washers are. There is a convenience of not having to carry around a hose, if you have a big bucket of water.. but I'm uncertain as to how effective that may be depending on how you are going to apply the tool. Still would like to hear from others as well.

2 batteries for $99 and you get free tool. That's what he means.

For me, it says shipping the batteries to home is unavailable. Not sure if that is for everyone, as I've already abused this once before in another deal; but it seems that HD is wising up to it.. may have to make a new account if others are not experiencing the same issue.

Strong enough for pavement and siding?
I own this and would drag out my corded for concrete as I don't think it would quite cut it. Otherwise, I use this all the time for washing cars and siding. The bucket option is surprisingly useful for watering remote flower beds etc on the lowest sprayer setting.

You add tool to pick up in store if possible, or ship to home. The batteries must be shipped to home, but promptly cancelled after you placed your order; as you will see two different items on the order page but I believe you may have to be logged into an account online.

Dang, I am actually in need of the batteries AND the tool, but no shipping option for the batteries and the closest Home Depot is about an hour away. Not really that far but... I also don't really want to pick it up in person. Much rather they came to me!

So if the batteries aren't available for shipping and are only available for store pickup, can I still return them and get the sprayer for the pro-rated amount?

You can return them when you go to pick them up. Might be the same CSR. You can just tell them you have too many batteries at the moment because of all the Ryobi deals. Smilie

Have you tried it at all on concrete or siding? Not having one but looking at potentially getting one to at least wash off the cars every so often and concrete patio. Don't have a corded one so was wondering if this would be "good enough"

I have the compact hedge trimmer/shears. After 2 minutes attempting to trim a small shrub, it went back into the box and pulled out an old corded B&D. Will be selling that very quickly...

yes, that is how I have my order configured (battery local pick up, sprayer ship to hom). The local pickup for the battery will just cancel/refund if you don't pick it up within X days (7 days for my local HD)

Sure it will work. Sprayer to store, pick it up. Batteries to home, cancel it or return to store later.

Batteries have mostly been unavailable for shipping over the past few days. But they have appeared in stock a couple of days during that time. I was able to place an order for shipping about an hour ago.

Who said it was free? Shipping is free, but that is it. Read the wiki.
