From all of the previous posts on doing this method, my understanding is that when you do a store pick-up you can't cancel that, only the item that you have shipped to home. Not sure if shipped to store is the same but that could possibly be how the op did it. Try picking a store where the batteries aren't available for pick-up and only ships to store then see if you can cancel it then. Unfortunately it seems that there's a bunch of battery kits available near me so I can't try my own recommendation. Lol
Thanks for the 411

Saw a review where the guy said he can do a better job washing his truck by hand with a $12 adapter on a garden hose... canceling the order.

True, I don't think for ship to store pickup no matter how fast you are , cancellation is never an option

Confirmed the first part. Pick up in store does not present a cancel option online.

Sooo... What's the best approach? If I just ignore the pick up will they eventually just refund the prorated price? lol. I really don't wanna go back in for a return, I've done it with 3 tools already since Ryobi days started.

Meh, I will keep my order placed. I have 180 days to return it, so I can try it out myself for 179 days to see if I actually like it rather than rely on one stranger's review. 😉

Weird. Not complaining but I just checked my order & they cancelled the pickup in store batteries portion of the order. The funny thing is -> I never requested it. Perhaps the store didn't have their pickup department ready & open? Just guessing. Weird

Now I think of it. 0.8 GPM will be too much unless there is a way to reduce it drastically Smilie

Let's see how this works out for you all. I've checked out 4 different times at 3 different stores to pick up power cleaner at store and had battery ship to home. All 4 transactions were coming back canceled within an hour. I was doing this over the weekend. And after the transaction got canceled the item is removed from being available for store pickup despite there being stock available at the store (you can check more accurate stock by calling the store and give them sku to check inventory). The first store that canceled at least had the decency to call and tell me they canceled it because there was no such SKU for the power cleaner. The other transactions got canceled without advance notice. I ended up just going to one store to buy the battery (but no cleaner) and return/rebuy the battery at second store that had the cleaner but no battery. Receipt shows prorate for both items so deal is still good at store level
For me, the sprayer was not available in any store for the past few weeks but a few hours ago, it let me order it online for "ship to home" for free, or I could have it sent to a store. The battery kit was out-of-stock online, but it showed 10 in stock at a newrby store. I selected in-store pickup for the batteries, and shipping to my home for the sprayer. About 30 mins ago, I got the email from my local store saying that the batteries are available for pick-up. The Sprayer is supposed to arrive by the 27th.

Actually it did work for me last night but I think it also might've been because it was late at night and store was closed so no one to pick up the ticket or whatever. But good luck with whichever method you guys do.

For those wondering, my batteries are ready for pick up at the store I choose, looks like my invoice doesn't show $99 plus taxes but $99 minus $44.24 plus taxes, so NO, you're not getting the tool for free

Does anyone know if you don't pickup the batteries within 7 days and they automatically cancel, does it cancel your entire order? Or just the batteries portion?
