Beautyrest remains my favorite mattress brand; it survived the foam mattress fad, and these are good prices, considering HomeDepot [homedepot.com] sells the same product for more . TU
N.B. Deliveries are "contactless" nowadays, and the mattress will be left at your door; since it weighs over 80lbs, 2 people are needed to carry it inside.

Lets make sure we compare apples to apples Smilie Which model did you buy, and it would be helpful to provide a link to it.
This deal is for BRS900; BRS800 has less coils, so it's cheaper.

Yes, it is. I also paired a box for 135 (serta), so it won't void the warranty

Was this the advertised price? Or a clearance? Mattress underground discount? We are just trying to copy your deal.

I just checked the website. So sorry it seems the online deal just ended. Maybe you can call a mattress firm store. They have manager discounts that are valid in store only (it shows on my invoice).

Yesterday it was $443 both online and in store. I used the code RMN11OFF for another 11% off. Also urlhasbeenblocked and discover PayPal cashback made it sweeter.

I've been watching this bed for the past week. I must have missed it. I'll call. What was the size? I'm looking for the king size medium firm. My original plan was to have costco match it, minus the coupon. Need a new bed now so I'll go with this deal if I can't find better

My local stores do not carry these beds according to the website but that could be wrong.

Mine was queen. My local store doesn't carry it either. I ended up ordering the mattress online and bought the box in store. At least box is still $135.

Unpopular opinion...

I have a friend that worked for at a mattress store during most of her Uni years and when looking to replace my decade+ old Sealy mattress (still going strong af but I feel its time for a new one anyways), she told me to stick with Sealy actually and told me to avoid a few brands including Beautyrest.

Beautyrest if you look at the core looks very similar to Sleep Number and Tempur-Pedic but they're not even remotely close! Sleep Number and Tempur-Pedic are expensive but they really truly are quality. When you buy them, you are getting high quality foam and basically everything. The price is pretty high but you are getting a premium product - period. Beautyrest is from the same factory in China where LUCID beds are made.

I'm sure most of you have not heard of LUCID, I urge you to check them out on Amazon. Pay attention to the reviews. I know FakeSpot is hated here due to resellers but pretend it works, go to FakeSpot and notice it gets an A review (at least the ones I checked out that're Amazon top sellers). Guess what? Those mattresses are always around that price. They never cost $1k just for the mattress. Thats what we're not seeing with this deal with Beautyrest. They charge close-to-premium prices yet its the same damn thing.

Now do an Amazon search for Beautyrest mattresses on Amazon. Pay attention to the number of reviews. Not remotely the same, right? Now pay attention to FakeSpot (yes, I know, its a bogus horrible website!). Now pay attention to the actual construction of the bed and how its formed. It's the same spring type with the layers yada yada. There are many other brands out there too, its just LUCID seems to be the most legit.

Personally, I feel safe shopping at Amazon and I know that LUCID is ultra popular with a significant amount of reviews. It's not the best mattress ever and it doesn't compare to premium mattresses but at the same time they aren't saying "our mattress retails for $900 but we are selling it for 40% off!" That 40% off, that discount price is the price it should be every day of the week. They (Beautyrest) are losing to popular brands on Amazon and for good reason, not all consumers are blithering idiots like they'd wish us to be.

I would suggest LUCID over this. If you dont need the moveable base (makes bed move up and down) then I would suggest sticking with Sealy/Serta and for more premium moveable bases go with Tempur or Sleep Number.. they're all premium products that will last a long long time. Sealy I know for a fact will last for decades.. you pay $1k but you can get sales. They are a lot heavier thus harder to move but a lot more premium. If you have health issues or whatever, give Tempur and Sleep Number a try.. they are more similar to these modern mattresses but they use really high quality materials throughout.

Edit: Forgot to mention that a lot of these mattresses like LUCID or even this Beautyrest will come in a box where its rolled up.. remember when you unroll it, it will take about 40 hrs before its fully formed (they air vacuum them in a bag).

Since when does Costco do price matching?

Seems like a good deal, but I personally cannot recommend Simmons beautyrest as a manufacturer that stands behind their warranty. We purchased a queen sized beautyrest adda 3 mattress from US mattress through a slickdeal back in November 2018.

https://slickdeals.net/e/12365806-us-mattress-simmons-beautyrest-adda-iii-plush-queen-mattress-249-free-shipping?src=SiteSearch

By January 2019 we started having a problem on my wife's side of the bed, The pillow top portion of the mattress started to bubble or de-laminate from the base of the mattress. At first she said it wasn't a big deal, but by February the bubble started expanding and she started to notice it while sleeping. It took numerous emails and several calls to US mattress over a 3 week period but they finally arranged for a "mattress inspector" to come out and take a look. It took almost a month after initial contact with US mattress until the "mattress inspector" actually arrived at our house. He looked over our bed for about 5mins and told us we would hear something back within a week.

A week later we got a denial of warranty email, stating that we only had 3 support slats, instead of 5 under our box spring, and that all queen mattresses need a center leg support. The funny thing is our 15 yr old Sealy posturepedic, that the beautyrest replaced had the same bed frame, box spring, and 3 slats with no center support setup and never developed bubbling of the Pillow top. Hey Simmons, what does center support have to do with pillow top de-lamination on a 2 month old mattress? Please tell me I'd love to know.

I'm not that thrilled with US mattress customer service either. They never made any mention of their 120 day exchange policy in any of our email exchanges or phone correspondence. I only just read about it in that old slickdeals thread that I dug up.

Hmm. Interesting point of view.
