High is loud, but you have to realize that there's only so much CFM you can get with a given diameter without the noise climbing.

I have one of these on my face for "direct, in-my-face" airflow with headphones . . . my office mate has poor hygiene as does my boss . . .

Just picked this up at my local Costco for $15. I don't find it to be loud at all.

These suck. We get these for free where I work every time after we order rolls of labels. The amount of air they push out may be okay at this price, but it definitely won't keep you cool and it's loud.

The Air King table fan blows these out of the water. The air flow is a few to several times more. They cost more, but there are knock offs that use the same turbine like design that will provide similar performance.

I went today to my costco and saw some big long fans but did not saw this little one. Did they had it in the office section or with other floor fans aisle or in the middle where they usually have seasonal items? thanks

I didn't even know WFH existed.

Is writing "work from home" that time-consuming?
I'm industries where remote work is done WFH is a common acronym.

I bought one of these at Costco a few years ago--I think I paid $20. I'll agree with some other reviews: it's very loud on the high setting and doesn't really move a ton of air. You can't really get around the physics of trying to spin a small fan faster to make up for its lack of surface area on the fan blades.

For it's size, it's fine. But it's not going to "wow" you with its performance. Unless you absolutely need the tiny form factor, any standard box fan is going to be both quieter and more effective.
Agree partially. Good engineering like the dyson fan can move a ton of air. Motor is dc

Good price. but, this is the loudest little fan you will ever use. FYI
I have one of these and a few larger Vornado fans, one of the main selling point is how quiet Vornado fans are, this little one, however, feels like a different company makes it with how loud they are. If you need a tiny fan this works well to move air but is loud relative to even large Vornado fans but still on par with an average larger fan.

How is the power on this thing when on High? Not worried about the noise level but just want alot of wind movement.
Unless you only have a small space to set the fan, you are better off with Vornado's larger fans that do significantly more to move more air while also being quieter.

I've had this fan for almost a decade. It is entirely too loud. Totally functional. Too loud.
