At least it has a unifying receiver, but I wish Logitech would stop acting like 2.4G is the absolute best. Is adding Bluetooth that expensive?
I prefer the 2.4g. my MacBook pro on Catalina has a Bluetooth bug where it disconnects frequently. I swapped a $100 BT Logitech keyboard for this one as a result.

It is a trash. Only after a few months lots of keys stop working.

When I bought this keyboard new few years ago, it worked amazingly well for a few years. Then some keys started becoming loose. I bought a new keyboard, exact same model, and I think the quality is not as great now. The red light that indicates the battery is about to go on my new keyboard only turns on as soon as the keyboard is no longer able to connect. It also does not hold charges as well as the old model.

I honestly have no idea why I just shared this with complete strangers. I think this keyboard is a great idea, I am just upset that the model I bought a few years ago worked much better than the latest iteration of it.

I'll tell you, I've used keyboards over Bluetooth. It's all fine until you need a Bluetooth headset. Typing becomes incredibly slow, at which point you wish for a different frequency.

I just paid Best Buy $60 for this last week brand new; purchased a refurb via eBay and less than a month into ownership, the enter key popped out and wouldn't go back in. Do you think it's worth buying refurb again?
adding to others who have responded to your post, i think you should contact Logitech support and take a few pictures of the problem. They should respond fairly quickly and send you a new one or at least let you know the next step in receiving compensation.

In addition, since you were willing to invest $60 in a keyboard, I'd suggest that in the future, purchase a good set of mechanical keyboards. These days you can find one in the range of $80-100 for a mid-range good one, some might even come with bluetooth wireless connectivity. The mechanical keyboard will help you replace individual keycaps and key switches. There are also cheaper mechanical keyboards out there, but YMMV.

i went through a couple of these throughout they years. I ended up buying extended warranty at best buys which ended up saving me a ton of money. good keyboard when it worked correctly.

they seem to give me issues after awhile where when i type a letter, 2-3 spiel out. my last keyboard, i hit shift and it spelled out FU. :\ lol

Got mine long time ago. Stored it away because I had other keyboard. Took them.out to use recently and some of keys don't work anymore. Others were fine. Unfortunately out of warranty period so I trashed them. Just some more info. Maybe they fixed these when they got them back.

What's frustrating to me is that I have Logi's K830, which has both the unifying receiver and BT. However, I could not get the BT to work reliably because that thing ALWAYS looks for the unifying receiver first. I have a 2nd system in the basement, and the KB would try to connect to that receiver instead of the nice, strong BT signal right in front of it.

I've moved things around and now have wired KB/mouse in the basement and the unifying receiver upstairs. Just pissed that I spent extra money on a BT keyboard that doesn't seem to work very well (otherwise, it's an awesome compact KB).
