These are kick ass IEMs for the price This would be a great purchase if these would cost the norimal $40
drop.com is selling them for $26 !

these are easily the best IEM for under $100 on the planet

Alternatively:
BL-03 is $27 at linsoul.com, probably ships faster than Drop.
https://www.linsoul.com/products/blon-bl-03
Or additional 10% off if you buy two with code BLON2PCS
ymmv, but free shipping and no tax in my case.

This is not the best IEM under $100. That belongs to the MH755, or MH750 if you need a mic and like extra bass.
Both are under $10, and can be found for $3. They're Sony products, not no name Chinese IEMs that sound good except for QC or harsh treble and cost less, basically no reason to get any chifi. Even people that like them tell you to replace the cable or complain about the fit. Forget settling for more, just get MH755 with an extended 3.5mm or the MH750. Excellent tips on both and good cable.

Used to buy chifi, then I got these Sony's and never looked or wasted my time with them again. I'm still on my first pair of both for over a year since they were so cheap and durable. Use them daily and pull on the cables all the time too. Got 10x pairs of MH755, just about the price of the OP ($30-$35) and have a much better product.
I have these and they are great for the money but they simply are not as good as the BLONs and the cable is a total joke and the build quality is in comparison as well. It's also difficult to find the genuine MH755s at this point.

Best for under $100? Pretty bold statement. I think the Tin T2 are definitely up there. The cable is so much better than than the Bl-03. The Blon is definitely a fun IEM though and worth the price.

Also, Linsoul regularly has it for 26.99 I bought my pair there. might be quicker than the detailed ship date on drop.
The BLONs are definitely considered to be generally better than the T2s by people who collect these things.

Im glad slickdeals started allowing actual hifi and especially chifi products on here, a while back i used to post chifi deals and they would get taken down cause mods didnt understand the hype for them yet.
More likely mods couldn't get a cut from the likes of AliExpress that led to mod-downs/takedowns.

Just saying, a slick deal isn't a SlickDeal until SlickDeal's palm gets greased. Big Grin

If I were to get IEM and I have a laptop, whats a good amp/external sound card pairing that will give me better audio experience with these? Im thinking for Lossless Audio, gaming, and other generic uses.

I got these recently from a sale. You have 99% odds of needing new tips that are 2-4mm longer than normal for these things because the stem is way too short relative to the body. The included tips are typical generics. I found it impossible to get a seal with the included tips because the stock tips won't reach far enough into the ear canal. If you do some google searching, you'll find that this is an extremely common complaint with these. I was only able to get them to work with some extra long foam tips I had lying around. I really wonder if the original designer had intended this thing for a longer tip as standard, but something got lost on procurement.

Here's the Blon compared to a KZ ZSN. Seriously, look how stubby the stem is. It either needs to have been way longer for generic tips to work, or it should have been packaged with extra long tips to begin with.
I have them too, they reproduce music well but cant get them deep enough in your ear to hear bass.

Shipping is probably going to take some time. I got the Blon with extra "better" cable for $25 @ Aliexpress and it took 3 months to get it. Maybe shipping times have return to normal but I doubt it. Also I'm no audiophile but the stock cable is fine, I mainly use the Blon with my laptop and prefer the stock cable because it is longer.

Edit: I can see people with larger ears having issues with the cable. I suggest cutting off the clear sleeve, and of course don't cut the cable.

think these been this price on amazon a few times....drop takes way too long to ship

i never liked the awkward cable placement that made it hard to fit in the ears...changed the tips too...haven't listened to music in a while with the blon03 or the tin t2...but i do enjoy the koss ksc75s

It's a nice price, I own them and they are bassy and fun, but their major issue is fit, the nozzle is too short and thus it's difficult to get a good fit. I modded it with some O-rings. But I do think the reason they are so cheap it because the BLON BL-05 sold a lot of the fit issues and improved the sound for the same price. I also bought the 05 so can confirm.

EDIT: For me the 05s are an improved sound, vocals are clearer. No wear do I say same sound, I said same price (if one isn't on sale).

own a pair of this, bought from Drop

No way these are the best under $100. Bloated bass, muddy mids and treble. Only bass-heads will think they are that good.

Don't assume that the BL05 has the same sound. Most people say that they are different and not better sounding.

Stem is a non-issue. Clip the inner ring out of the included tips and use them as a spacer. Or, if you're a keyboard nerd, and happen to have some dampeners around... those fit the stem perfectly for this purpose as well.

With a spacer in place, any tip will work.Has 0 impact on sound that swapping tips wouldn't already have.

Also, while I accept that sound is totally subjective from person to person, the people that came in here talking about muddy bass/ muted mids/ for bassheads only... Have literally no idea what they're talking about. Bass is definitely elevated somewhat, but it's not a bassy set by any means.

Typical Harmon curve with some tweaks... reproduces music recordings very well in most genres (some better than others). Decent imaging too.... I can game in these just fine without losing track of where people are.

Similar listening experience to DT770's (less bassy though) or maybe DT880's (with leather pads).... Apples and oranges but I own all three (and so many more) and it's definitely a comparable sound.

King in their price range, period, the end.
