Alternatively:
BL-03 is $27 at linsoul.com, probably ships faster than Drop.
https://www.linsoul.com/products/blon-bl-03
Or additional 10% off if you buy two with code BLON2PCS
ymmv, but free shipping and no tax in my case.

Stem is a non-issue. Clip the inner ring out of the included tips and use them as a spacer. Or, if you're a keyboard nerd, and happen to have some dampeners around... those fit the stem perfectly for this purpose as well.
I've had a poorly fitting tip + stem combination separate inside my ear canal on a different iem.

Therefore I can't agree with this advice. Pushing the tip further off the stem through the use of a spacer is not the right answer. Doing so reduces the surface area contact between the two parts and weakens the connection, especially on insertion or removal as the tip may rock back and forth on the stem.

If the tips don't fit, an individual should spend $5-10 (or less) and get new ones with a proper fit.

I just bought these a month ago through Ali Express [aliexpress.com] and they took ~1 month to arrive from China. Use the coupon code 2U as new customer to get $4 off and pay ~$21.14 + tax.

Note: the earbuds/tips they include are for smaller ears and the cord is not tangle-free. However, I had standard tips that worked great for them. They seemed almost on par sound-wise with some Shure in-ear headphones (for a fraction of the price) even if lacking somewhat in construction.

Don't assume that the BL05 has the same sound. Most people say that they are different and not better sounding.
I didn't say the same sound, I did say improved sound. Tone down the bass and raises the mids for a more mid forward sound, allowing vocals the come through better. As I said I own both.

If you don't have a pair of BL-03's don't comment. The spacer doesn't cause the tips to sit further up than they should on this iem.

The stem is very short, and the groove on them does not adequately stop tips from riding farther in than they should. The shape of the stem allows most tips to slide too far in and stretch. Putting an o-ring spacer, for example a keycap dampener, simply stops the tip from riding farther than the groove.

I'm not going to bother illustrating it further, you can find it readily online yourself. With the default tips on, and o-rings in place, the tip doesn't touch the spacer.

20+ months with o-rings, and foam tips on this pair, never lost a tip.

Sound is subjective but there are very few people in the community that agree with your thinking. The 05 is harsh, and thin sounding, in my opinion... and that of many others I've talked to. Frankly, the 03 is a freak accident.

In the event that the included tips have changed from 20 months ago, my pair is from the Linsoul sale from 1 month ago. The largest tip included has a height measured from the base of stem to the end of ~6.5mm. Oddly, the smaller tips have a height of ~8.5mm. I needed to use a foam tip with a height of ~10.5mm to make the Blon fit properly.

I did not have issues with the stock tips sliding too far in outside of the groove. The stock tips + stem are just too short. The KZ tips came close to working at 9.5mm, but were still too short and did have issues sliding past the groove as the KZ tips are made for the 5.8mm diameter KZ stem where the Blon stem is 5.5mm.

Here's the largest stock tip resting in the groove properly compared to the foam tip that I ended up using.

I don't know the brand of the tip I ended up using. For compatibility, the Blon has 5.5mm diameter stem.

The included stock tips have a height of ~6.5 to 8.5mm.

I found that a 9.5m silicone tip was still slightly too short.

I ended up using a foam tip with a height of ~10.5mm.

Be aware that Linsoul, the company that makes the Blon IEM here, has scant knowledge of the items they sell.
I bought a set of IEM's from them through Drop, and emailed Linsoul asking for the correct size of tips. The tips they include are of the cheap rubber type and I wanted better foam tips.
Unfortunately, their customer support gave me the wrong size and I purchased something I understandably can't return.
Linsoul initially said they would refund 70% of the cost of the tips. I sent them the receipt and they responded by saying that since I didn't buy the tips from Linsoul, all they would do would be to issue a $5 Linsoul credit.

Everybody has bad days and everyone makes mistakes, but this is some bush league customer service. Sadly, I learned that you're on your own even when Linsoul screws up.

Better than Klispch S4?
I had an S4i and I think they sound much better. The S4i was smaller but these are just as comfortable, they were better for small ears, but the cables on them sucked.

Oh pls.. Stop. They are definitely not better than Sony MH755. I have them both. Though I am using the Mh755 tips on my b lons
That was my point they aren't better and more expensive

Do you have a link to the $3. Pair?
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Genuine-...3491568019 you need to spend $32, theres a $25 ebay coupon YMM rn

I have these and they are great for the money but they simply are not as good as the BLONs and the cable is a total joke and the build quality is in comparison as well. It's also difficult to find the genuine MH755s at this point.
I respectfully disagree. You haven't tried to find MH755 have you? I got them on taobao for $3 and they were real. I got them on aliexpress they were real, I got them off ebay they were real. Not had one fake one and bought over 14. Use a cable extender and you will be laughing at audiophiles that will never spend that little money for that good sound.
