Seems really good. Any reason not to grab it? Is the Ryzen's still worth waiting for?

I'm looking for something that doesn't get hot working on your lap and has decent battery life.

Also checks the IPS, 16gb RAM I'm looking for. Any input helps! Thanks
I returned this because of flickering issue.
Apparently lot of them had the same issue

XPS has 16:10 much better screen but has heat issues. Yoga line is on par with XPS but definitely not better than them. This laptop doesn't offer much performance because of lp cpu. If your main goal is simple daily tasks then you can live with that. If performance is concern amd 4700u would be better choice. Hp envy x360 amd ryzen 7 performs better than this.

Legion 5 4800h 300nits 144hz 72%cg is actually a good laptop if you have the budget for it.

To be completely honest, the CPU in this is entirely underwhelming especially when compared to the new Ryzen offerings. This isn't a good deal when you're spending this much you want more bang for your buck, especially since there's no dGPU, RAM cant be upgraded, CPU is mediocre and SSD is half a TB.
Which ryzen is good for ultrabooks?

Ram is soldered because it's a middle tier product.
