So this requires a large minimum purchase of a quantity of 200, but pricing is essentially pre-pandemic.

Use coupon code save99h and sweb30

When i setup an order for shipped to california, it was $254 plus shipping($20) and tax ($19.95) coming out to total of $294 or $1.47 a mask.

Honeywell

Mfr Part #: DC300N95B

Country of Origin: United States
Disposable Respirators & Masks | Type: Particulate Respirator | NIOSH Classification: N95

See the listing on the cdc website for honeywell DC300N95, i dont know what the extra b stands for on the actual part number.

https://www.cdc.gov/niosh/npptl/t...st1-h.html

Msc Industrial direct is a large well known industrial supplier

In mid June i ordered moldex n95s from msc direct and they were shipped right away, so basing my experience that they may ship on that.

EHS professional: Performing fit test and new mask testing at a Houston area Hospital.

So we just got these DC300N95 Honeywell early last week.

Fit: No nose piece adjustment, very very thin fabric, good strap material.

Who this fits: Limited experience testing but we are pushing them first testing because we have so many.

Fits small faces with low wide bridge noses. Everyone else that I've put this on has been failing miserably with the OSHA 1910.134 Quantitative fit test. ( Failing is >1% leakage rate, <100 score)

I would recommend this respirator for women with low wide bridge noses. Would be much to small for men.

Protection: Even if it doesn't fit you perfectly you will still have greater protection then a surgical mask. (just would hurt anyone with a large nose bridge)

Would I buy: Because of the lack of metal nose piece you lose a major ability to conform the respirator to various facial structures. Unless you have a very exact facial structure (mentioned above) this will not provide you with a good seal.

Hope my limiting testing using this respirator helps out some folks decisions.

I guess the B in DC300N95B may be a typo, or mean "bulk"...idk.

MSC Industrial is a huge company on the New York Stock Exchange. I doubt they are selling fake masks. Id order and ask questions later imo. If its not what you expect, return it.

Could be B stock too, like rejects that didn't pass quality control. Probably is bulk packaging but who knows.

All in with tax and shipping was 288.24, I said f-it as $1.45 each for a legit N95 mask would be a really nice find at this point for my family. Worth it.

"INTRODUCTIONThe
DC300Series are single use filtering facepieces with a National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) classification of N95.
DC300N95Filtering Facepiece Respirator without nose clip
DC300N95VFiltering Facepiece Respirator without nose clip, includes exhalation valve
DC301N95Filtering Facepiece Respirator with nose clip"

No mention of B Frown. Still ordered

Honeywell's store is OOS. I'm doubtful that these manufacturer-shipped orders will be fulfilled, just like Grainger orders were cancelled months ago.
Agreed.

So I'll ask... what do I need to use these with? Like does this attach to something? I don't see any bands to keep it on my face.

I've watched my colleagues reuse n95s for weeks while caring for covid patients. despite the waning media coverage there is still a very real ppe shortage in hospitals and cases are going up. furthermore, n95s are only effective when you have the right size, of the right style. please, don't buy these unless you truly need them and have been tested to ensure that they fit. 3 ply cloth and disposable masks are likely enough for the great majority of you
