I'm not sure why this deal was marked expired, still working for me. At $220 for brand new, this is only $40 more than the deal from a year ago for a refurbished pair from Secondipity. I can't figure out the warranty info, it's a 90-day limited warranty from Woot, which is the same as purchasing retail and getting a 90-day warranty from Sony. Sony gives you a 1-year parts warranty on top of it but I'm not sure if Woot will qualify as a retailer.

$220 for a new pair? sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

oh well, there's a $6 shipping

still a little higher than target's deal last year, $280 plus 20% off coupon and 5% discount, $212.8 + tax.

Haha "Great Price" in the title. Made me think of like a generic "Great Value" brand. Still, not sure that the recommended way to post this.

Deal wise, it's a good deal, pending how Woot warranty or approved retailer status.

They're a subsidiary of Amazon, and Amazon is listed.

So would I be right in thinking these wouldn't have the 1 year Sony warranty?

Damn, that is confusing. Does anyone know how warranties work, since Amazon owns Woot would the 1-year warranty apply?

I'm 99.9% sure the 1 year Sony warranty will NOT apply. You should only count on the 90 day Woot warranty. But it's ultimately up to Sony.

It's been pretty much confirmed by a Woot employee (read the comments on the site) that the warranty is through Woot only. It's conceivable that a credit card warranty extension would apply after the first year, but between 91 and 365 days, you're stuck. Or if it specifically says "90 day warranty" on the invoice, then you'll be covered by your CC between 91 and 180 days, but you're SOL afterwards.

I missed these earlier when they went out stock but they came back in stock and was able to grab a pair with my amazon store card for 5% CB and free shipping. I bought my QC-35's in Aug 2016 so time to try these out.
