Been looking for a shed for the past month and most are either out of stock, expensive or from an unknown (to me) online retailer. This seems like a decent deal at this size.

For those without a membership, there's a Groupon deal $35 for one year membership plus $30 egift cards.

Hope this helps.

Does this have anchor points that you can bolt down to cement pad?

bought a similar one at Sams club over 10 years ago, same brand. Was a little concerned about it's durability at first, but it has held up really, really well.

This is the magic portal edition. It has double the interior space. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT look out the window once inside.

My local Sams has a 10x8 for $999 plus $99 shipping, seems to be a deal as well.

These are rated for like 65 mph I think. Yes they will blow away with high winds. Some of these smaller width ones have high wind kits available to get to maybe 70-80mph. If I recall correctly.

I'd go check these out in person, after I did I decided they weren't for me (at least for a shed, LifeTime in general still makes some good products).

Aside from the double-walled plastic not offering much weather protection (particularly extreme hot/cold), they're also so light I'd worry about strong weather (and the reinforcement was lacking). Plus repairs are unlikely, unless the original manufacturer will sell you the part, and they're still in production.

Each to their own, but I'd prefer to spend the extra $700 on a wooden shed built locally.
