You must first add offer to an eligible Card through Amex Offers by 7/26/2020 to enroll in the offer and then use that same enrolled Card to make qualifying purchases. Only U.S.-issued American Express Consumer and Business Cards and registered American Express Serve and Bluebird cards are eligible. American Express Prepaid Cards, Corporate Cards and American Express Cards issued outside the United States are not eligible. This offer is also available to Additional Card Members on Consumer and Business Card accounts. To receive up to 10 statement credits, Additional Card Members must individually add the offer to their Additional Card and make qualifying purchases with their Additional Card. Limit of 1 enrolled Card per Card Member. Your enrollment of an eligible Card for this offer extends only to that Card. After you enroll an eligible Card, you will not be able to enroll a second eligible Card that you may have.

While I'd be curious as well, this does kill the spirit of the program to support local businesses. I've done a few takeout in our area with Amex and worked well. So many restaurants will not survive this Pandemic and this deal did encourage us to do a bit more takeout (using all the necessary precautions of course).
Tried with 10$ target gift card.. received instantly and was able to add to my target wallet.. will report back once I receive the amex credit
Same here. I've also been tipping higher % as I know restaurants are hurting but so are their staff who earn often less than minimum wage without tips.

What does egifter.com have to do with this American Express promotion? Are you saying purchases made on egifter.com count towards the promotion?

Yes. Purchases on this site for gift cards count as towards the Amex small business promotion.

Side Note: A select group of gift cards like Walmart and Amazon can't be bought with a credit card on this site.

Yes, it is egifter just promoting the Shop Small Amex offer. Basically them saying "hey use it here!"

I've got this shop small amex offer and Tap to pay 5 times, earn $30 back one-time Contactless/Digital Wallet Offer. I wonder if it would stack and I'd get $25 and $30 back from $50 in tractions?
I wonder if AMEX Express Checkout counts as a Contactless/Digital Wallet?

Yep, I still tip on takeout and I tip more than I used to for delivery as I know restaurant owners and workers are all hurting, as well as some other small businesses I'm sure. I'm one of the luckier ones for now with a job that allows me to work remotely, but not all jobs are like that. hug
