Such a weak deal. Seems they've stopped emailing the 50% off $20 orders since covid causing restaurant restrictions. Their pizza isn't worth the prices they sell it for.

They absolutely are, on their special days.
$10 large pizzas on Tuesdays.

Frozen pizza doesn't come close to papa murphys yummy

My favorite pizza!

If it was family size, then I'd agree. But for a pizza with mediocre dough, skimps on toppings and relies on a customer to have the proper equipment (which nobody does) to cook it properly, it shouldn't cost as much as it should. That's why 50% off is the only time it's a fair price.

Must be your local shop.
My papa murphy's dough is good (as in I enjoy the crust even the next day).
And they absolute DO NOT skimp on toppings.

I can get a large pan pizza with like 6 generous toppings for $10. Enough for 4 meals for me.
No special equipment needed just put it in the oven. No other chain/frozen pizza comes close. $10 for such a pizza is a GREAT deal.

I am surprised it isn't more popular.

This coupon worked for me yesterday. The pizza is good for the price, taste fresh, without that "artificial" quality that most chains have.

Special equipment as in nobody's oven reaches a high enough temperature to properly cook pizza. Needs closer to 800F+. I've been to various locations in many states, all the same. It's not more popular because people just have a decent standard for pizza. It's easy to make it look nice when standards are incredibly low.

I prefer Papa Murphys baked at 400 to papa johns/dominoes fare. No comparison

Why does every Slickdeals post have to have one person in the comments talking about something they know nothing about?

It's a fresh made, never frozen pizza that cooks in any oven that can reach 400°F. What's to hate about that? It's cheap too.

I've been to Papa Murphy's since 2012. I know what I'm talking about.

More of a semi-annually or quarterly, when they would do 50% off. Only to get a family size 1 topping for $6, which made it a better deal than the other chains, even though not as good tasting. Can't get a pizza same size for $6 anywhere else. Then they required $20 minimum order and also increased prices. So, haven't gone for almost a year, since it's no longer worth it.
