opinion outpost problem

I have not been let in to my account for like ages, I was finally able to log in and see if i had any points to redeem and there it was 10 dollars worth of points but
when i try to cash out i get this qsb0303-17 error code anyone else?

I am cashing out then not using this site again onto others.

I have noticed that it gives me an error message when redeeming for Pay Pal, and does not show that the points were removed. I usually have to log out, refresh, and log back in to see the updates and sometimes it takes a few hours to show up! It is really a pain.

Just tried that with no success could it be t heir paypal is down or just deny me the chance to cash out? My profile is no longer filled out either could that be an issue?

What in the holy heck have they done to Opinion Outpost? What a freakin mess to try and get the money I earned.

Before you could go to rewards, find what you want (in my case PayPal), take the entire amount and be done.

Now, go to rewards. Find PayPal and it shows 100 points. Click that go to another screen where it wants a verification code so have them call with that, add the entire amount I want (400 points), denied, only allowed 200 per transaction, then link PayPal account, and then finally get order accepted.

Okay I think, lets go for another 200 points as I want my money, go to rewards, PayPal, screeeeechhhhh, need verification code so they call me again, put the 200 points in and says need to link PayPal account (only have to click on it this time but whatever), try and finish and Sorry, you've reached your redemption limit for today. Please try again later. MadMadMad

Only credit I'll give them is I was paid almost immediately. Getting beyond frustrating doing surveys and getting your funds in the manner you want them.

honestly too scared to as i also have a one opinion account not sure how they would handle that. i signed up for one opinion after outpost banned me but it seems like they reopened my account and it has 10 dollars of points in it. so not sure what to do

I think they are two seperate companies. I also have a one opinion account and never knew there was a connection to opinion outpost. I do know they were linked to survey spot, but that one is long gone.

I think it is worth trying to get your money and then be done with them hug you earned it so it is worth a shot! Good luck!

Very true will give it a try though when calling customer service it seems like the same voice and similar message that one opinion has

One Opinion gives "pity points" even if you disqualify, which I like. I think they pay with pay pal; not sure of other rewards. It has been awhile since I cashed out laugh out loud

I believe your account is banned. It happened to me once with another company same error. I tried to contact them and they screwed me over. I dont do surveys as I use to. To time consuming and pay so little. Not worth it to me.

Ya same happened to me a few months ago. They responded so rude. What sucked the most was I still had points and I tried to have them atleast let me redeem the rewards and no was treated like crap. Surveys arent the same as they use to be I got away from them for the time consumption and the pay being so bad.
