Doesn't work with Verizon.
Does not work with Verizon as it claims it does in the description.

Not bad if I needed a cheap phone immediately. I'm waiting for the Pixel 4a for hopefully $350.

Based on the specs, this does not appear to be a "cheap phone". Please correct me if I'm missing something

For $200 this thing is great. The main reasons to buy are for the 48MP camera, 6GB ram (allows you to have multiple apps open), and from a glance looks to have a good battery life.

If y'all think this is good, look up the LG G7. It is only $150 "Grade A" condition on Ebay. It has a faster CPU, Higher definition screen, and is basically a Galaxy S9.

If I had to pick one, I'd stick with my LG G7 that I just bought. The screen is crystal clear and the faster CPU is great for the gaming I do everyday. Even though the TCL's 6GB of ram and larger battery are attractive, I don't really think it suits my life style.

Hope this helps someone pick a new phone Smilie

TCL is a Chinese based company. The phones they produce are usually high spec and cheap price. However, some people don't trust this brand because it is "Chinese". They fear the engineering is subpar and actually, this has been the case in the past.

They aren't the "American" premium, but to heak with that bullcrap. It's still a high spec phone.

Honestly. For around same price, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9s. Bigger storage and screen. The below phone is running on Amazon for around $230 right now. I got one few months ago and enjoying it so far.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9S 6.67" 48MP International Global Version (Aurora Blue, 6GB/128GB)

I'm concerned about Chinese made cellphones. I owned a Huawei and you know how that went. So, no I'm not considering risking my privacy to save a few bucks.
Whether it is Chinese, Japanese, or American......I got some bad news for you.

As for this phone, I had more than a few different models of TCL phone pass through my hands back around 2015. They were cheap and solid back then, I can only imagine they have improved by light years and I'd be shocked if this phone was garbage.
