Kodiak is substantially better than this mix. It never truly cooks through and was always gooey in the middle of the pancakes for me. It also has a sort of artificial sweet taste to it. If the ingredients match what you are looking for, it is okay but I would avoid it and go Kodiak if you were looking between the two. I wish there was a better way to describe the taste but it is unique to this mix.

seems like ok price, but I have no experience with this stuff.
can anyone compare with Kodiak? that's the most mainstream protein pancake mix I know of.

I do keto, so wouldn't be low enough if I ate 3 meals a day for sure. But most days I only do one....so 11 grams of carbs should be fine for some.

This is delicious for pancakes. My wife buys this stuff. It's more soft than fluffy though. For waffles, they're okay.

I've used this and it's great for pancakes. My dad is diabetic so he was trying to cut down on things with a lot of sugar and carbs, and it was surprisingly tasty. I've tried it with waffle makers and it was meh but as pancakes it was pretty good. They use a bunch of really unique ingredients here as substitute for Wheat flour—Cassava Flour, Coconut Flour, and Almond Flour. I think it's mostly the Cassava flour that gives it a unique taste.

The regular variety of this brand has become our go to pancake mix. Not that we actually make pancakes or waffles often...
