If you want a big tv just to have a big tv, then sure this will do. But if you are looking for any type of quality movie viewing, especially in a dark setting (IPS panel) then avoid these TV's.
Let's be real though, most of us are average consumers. Not a ton of us have a decked out theater room. We're just looking for a solid screen that won't crush our wallets.

Does this do Dolby Vision? I have a 4 year old LG (7) series I bought from Sam's Club that does Dolby Vison. It's only a 65" but I've been pretty happy with it. Maybe time for a upgradeSmilie

Does the Real in Real 4K have any meaning? Or is it just marketing?

I think it means RGB instead of RGBW. But i am not sure if it is real RGB.

Yea, seems like movies is the weakest point of this one:
https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/lg/un7300
Quote :
The UN7300 is sub-par for watching movies in HDR. It has a low contrast ratio, it doesn't have local dimming, and there's visible backlight bleed, which can be quite distracting in dark scenes. It can't display a wide color gamut and it can't make highlights stand out due to its low HDR peak brightness.
Haven't seen a 75"+ w/ better overall ratings at this price point though.
