Great deal, thanks. We haven't tried this flavor, but the other ones are very good.

9.6 ounce?

Is that a snack size or single serving?

Serving is almost 3tsp sugar, they call it 22% of daily value (some say 1tsp a day is what is safe for the body).

There are 7 "servings" in this box, so basically 21tsp in a box, 154% of the very liberal "daily value" of sugar.

"made with wheat, rice, oat and a sprinkle of sugar."
Seems like a little bit more than a sprinkle but it looks to be less than what is in golden grahams (11g vs 12g per cup).

Annie's Organic, Gluten Free, Cinnabunnies Cinnamon Cereal, 10 oz Box are another S&S option. $2.87 with S&S. I hope BIgCheap doesn't think they are China Bunnies.

All Cascadian Farm cereal is BOGO free at Sprouts right now. Bought this one and the "fruit loops" one.

Cascadian Farms used to be a healthy brand before they sold out to General Mills. Now, it's mostly just another bogus healthy brand (like Kashi and many other sellouts) fostering the American obesity epidemic, which (as noted in a recent CNN article) is making the Covid epidemic more severe and possibly limiting the effectiveness of any vaccine.
