This sale has been on and off, people gave bad reviews about this chair in the past deal threads..
For those not wanting the flashy fortnite themed stuff, they had a regular black ofm chair at a really nice price too. I bought one. https://www.urlhasbeenblocked.com...-3085-BLK/

Hate to threadjack but can anyone recommend a *quality* high-back gaming/computer chair for (preferably) under $200. FYI I'm 6'2", and about 220 lbs.

I'd seen these recommended on Reddit: https://secretlab.co/ any other recommendations?

To be honest, pretty much all gaming chairs under $200 are going to be the same quality.

That foot rest looks like the first thing to break.

Meh, get a Steelcase Leap or Herman Miller Aeron off Craigslist. These type of chairs always crap out after a few years. Plus, bonded leather...hope you like cleaning leather flakes off the ground.

Gotta love the chair elitist laugh out loud. Come out to my part of the country and try to find a Herman Miller or Aeron on Craigslist within 200 miles. Good luck.

I sent this link to a friend and he said "I'll check it out in a few hours."

Obviously doesn't understand the SD effect. I told him no, if you wait it could sell out, it's been on the FP the whole day. Sold out 30 mins later.

If it comes back in stock, someone let me know please. He's already talking about buying it from Amazon for $170 SMH.

I agree with him partly. There may be closeouts of office furniture where you can get stuff cheap with the way the economy has been going, but I've never seen a name brand office chair go for that cheap. More like $600 used.

But he's right about the Bonded leather. My chair (not this one) started flaking within weeks of me purchasing it. But I've had it for 10 years and love it, but it's really starting to get messed up now. I see new leather flakes every time I vacuum. It comes with the territory, but it's a very comfortable chair. Unfortunately they don't sell it anymore or I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.

I'm not a chair elitist. I went through years buying these types of crap chairs. I thought it was normal to buy a chair every couple years. I finally decided to buy a Steelcase and realized how much wasted time, cost, and comfort I went through.

I'm a slickdealer, I try to buy cheap if I can, but I finally figured out it was actually more cost-effective to buy a quality chair in the first place that last years. Sucks if you can't find a Steelcase or Aeron used around you but maybe find a sale if you can. If I had to buy again, I'll purchase a higher priced, longer lasting chair.

If anyone changes their mind or bought extras and wants to sell one PM me please.

Or can recommend a better one with the same features for more money I'd be interested.

Thanks

If you brought those folding metal chair they last forever. And they are extremely cheap. It actually more fun swapping chair then buying one really expensive one.
