no way the included 18650 battery is 4Ah. The only battery I know of that is 4Ah in the 18650 format right now is the one from Panasonic. And even that was 4Ah is really shady on how Panasonic calculates it. In any case, I seriously doubt they provide you legit Panasonic 18650 Cells.

They report that it has two 18650 batteries rated at 2000 mAh each.

I ordered one.. I like to be prepared. Since the beginning of this year, I have bought no TP, Face Masks, or paper towels. I like to buy things when they are on sale. Love SD! I did not plan on a pandemic, but never have to scramble like a lot of people....

F amazon... I'm starting to trust them less than dollar tree. Have gotten counterfeit items and complete junk from them.
Dollar tree rules! Thanks to China

has good reviews. anyone own this with first hand experience using it?
don't trust reviews on amazon any more, especially for these no brand items. they pay fake customers for the reviews

The hand cranking is just a gimmick.
If you remove the battery, you will need to keep cranking just to keep the LED light on.
Frankly, only a {insert your own word} would believe that 18650 is 4Ah. It is physically impossible. Maybe it is doable in 20650, but 18650 can only fit so much material inside.

Uhh, I think most people know that if you remove the battery there is no more power supply and you would have to use the crank or solar panel (though it makes no sense you'd be using the solar panel to power the light at the same time) to provide power.

They say it comes with and uses TWO 18650 batteries rated at 2000 mAh each--wired in parallel. so only {insert your own word} would not understand that accounts for the 4Ah of capacity.

They do seem to indicate rather questionable power generation on the cranking, which does not correlate with likely draw of the light compared to the radio, though, so I would doubt you'd get 30 min of light with 1 min of cranking, compared to 6 min of radio, since the light may use more wattage than the radio.

EDIT: Information about the number of batteries is misleading/wrong in their description, as they use the singular " 4000mAh replaceable li-ion battery" when referring to the batteries (and the photo only shows one battery pulled out from its compartment).. They clarify, and other reviews confirm, that they include two 18650, 2000 mAh batteries which store/power the unit. I am sure that if it only came with one 2Ah battery, customers would--and have-- complained.

Here is a link to the questions page where they answer how many batteries it comes with:
