Code appears to be working again, at least for me. Maybe try again?

Ok, it seems that the code may be targeted or for select accounts then.

Fakespot is about as reliable as those who reference it.

I know there are tons of fake reviews and tons of junk products. For a while I relied on fakespot to help. But I stopped trusting fakespot when they rated most of my products with good reviews F-B. Unless a competitor is leaving false positives on nearly all my products it's simply a flawed algorithm that is not happy with short reviews or products with happy customers.

For example one of my best sellers is an F. It sells hundreds each month so has gained a fair amount of reviews. It's a simple product that is as described so people are happy. Fakespot says 19% of reviews are trustworthy.

This is one of those things that looks crappy on the surface, but can be turned into something rather useful. The product is probably just fine as an emergency radio, flashlight, and cell phone charger with one exception: the battery. At this price, the battery is guaranteed to be utter rubbish and this claim of 4000 mAh is impossible. But, they made this one with easy access to the battery and it's a common 18650. Use an external charger with a decent battery (like a Samsung 30Q) and you're ready.

I bought one of these for a white elephant a couple years back and honestly the crank did literally nothing. I cranked it for a couple minutes to very little effect. The best you can expect is a few minutes of light from cranking your face off, don't expect to crank charge your iphone more than 3%.. other than that it was a decent device.

I have been having trouble with FakeSpot in the past week with them as they are trying to push the Fakespot Browser extension. I tried it, i dont want it.

Going to the website to simply check one item has become a hassle as the Fakespot Extension promotion is continuing to clutter their webpage
I am starting to get the impression they want to stop the 'one item search method.

C'mon people—this item just HAPPENS to "pop up" after a major storm just flew by the east coast leaving thousands without power?! Just a coincidence?! Whether you were effected by the storm or not, they KNOW this would sell at this particular time. C'mon!!!
As far as fakespot—never used it. I simply read the ONE star reviews FIRST instead of the five star ones. Each and every time. Try it.

Bought it, it offered one-day shipping, and arrived like 30mins ago.
I have seen this brand name when i was searching for a simple radio for someone.

Build impressions, seems reasonably built. It's made of a rubbery plastic, and no looseness in the joints or hinges.

Flashlight is decent, and for emergency use is fine. I have better flashlights, but they're like $50 for the flashlight, and this is $19. The, not sure what to call it, flood light that is under the solar panel is pretty bright.

The dynamo's handle is all plastic, and would likely not be good for frequent heavy use.

There is a small indicator next to the radio indicator that tells you the approximate charge whenever you turn something on. That indicator turns off after a min or so.

It does have 2x 18650 batteries in a battery compartment that is held closed by two small screws. Battery compartment does not seem to be water tight, as there are no gaskets, just plastic to plastic.

Overall, I'm satisfied with it (from initial impressions).
As long as you keep in mind that this was a <$20 emergency radio.
