How? The HP has a better contrast ratio and is better looking, with a nicer stand.

Here's your reason:

"Work fast and clutter-free with USB-C™ connectivity that not only receives video and data from your device, but also delivers up to 65W
of power—with just one cable."

Would love to hear how this compares to the LG 850 that's on sale now for $405.

This HP looks sexier, no?

How is this in any way a deal? $450 for a 27" - you have to be kidding
4K IPS panel with USB C power delivery. This absolutely is the going rate for those features.

Lenovo & LG have Vesa. None on HP. Lenovo is ~150% srgb vs LG ~100%. I have the Lenovo and USB C power delivery is game changing. I don't game so I don't care about the response time.

My work purchased one of these for me. It's great with gorgeous aesthetics. Only thing missing would be a Display port output for Daisy chaining.

4K on a 27" sucks and $450 in 2020 is pretty steep.

It's also a Chinese company with a history of installing malware into firmware.

Incorrect, see above posts from other users explaining price. You just don't understand what the monitor is meant for. This is NOT a gaming monitor.
