Cheeck out the Gamers Nexus review of this case on YouTube. It still rates highly for airflow and cooling performance.

Beginer PC building vids are well delivered by Paul's Hardware also on YouTube.

BitWit, Hardware Unboxed, and Optimum Tech YouTube chanels should also be a good mix of tech tubers to check out if you'd like to learn more about PC tech, trends, and culture.

What for?....just built a mid range gaming PC for my son and could of bought it for less....with much less fuss....unless you have too much time on your hands and/or have a reason (like me, wanted my son to learn) recommend you just buy one....

I would like to have a pc strong enough for video editing/music production & competitive gaming ofc. I'm just lost in the trance right now because there's so many steps & things to look for..

Then you did it wrong. Outside of some blow out clearance deal building it is a better price. Even then building it yourself gets you better parts with a longer warranty. You will also be better prepared if something breaks down the road to fix it. Building your owner pc is pretty easy and doesn't take that long.

On a side note I have this case and absolutely love it. Was easy to build in. It's very quiet even under full load.

A lot of components are expensive now due to COVID-19. If someone needs a computer now and can't wait to buy parts over months like some people do, it is probably cheapest or as cheap to buy a prebuilt.

The Ryzen 3600 hit a low recently but good motherboards are still priced high. I bought a board early in the year for about $130 and haven't seen it below $200 since then. PSUs are quite a bit more expensive than they were pre-COVID. RAM prices are okay. SSDs have been stable in price, although they've been looking slightly better over the past couple months. GPUs are not priced well now. Part of this is supply constraints with the next gen cards coming out.

So the parent poster isn't necessarily doing anything wrong. This isn't a great time to build a computer unless you can take months to wait for the real deals.

No....I see clearly it has been $80 with RGB and glass side. For me this is not a deal.

Hey - I have this case! I love this thing, bought it for $103.18 (tax and everything) on 3/1/2019 on Newegg. No regrets, feels solid, easy cable management, seems to have good airflow.

$10 cheaper on amazon. $99 after rebate. Not sure why the rebates are different though? https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Mas...B07DRVHBWK

Because Amazon has more leverage than Newegg

Highly rated case... excellent cooling performance.
No need to add additional case fans.
They added ARGB, it used to have only RGB.
Not a fan of the glass screws sticking out and the lack of USB C.
Probably the best case to buy at $100 AR @ Amazon.
