The gooseneck kettle is one of my favorite things in my house and used at least twice a day. I bought it specifically as one of the few kettles with minimal plastic components (a tiny silicone washer at the bottom).

I've had the gooseneck for a year and a half and I love it! Paid full price, too. Get it!

Thanks for the question to the question which answered my questions, whoa...

So seems like these are good for a quick 1 use of hot water while the zojirushi gives on demand hot water.
It's also cheaper

This or the MOOSO? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product...=UTF8&th=1. Mooso seems to look sleeker and have more controls than just the wheel. Also no plastic inside.

That does look pretty good. Is Moosoo a legit company or a knockoff brandster?

Jury is still out for me. Their primary product seems to be a complete line of Dyson knockoff cordless vacuums.

Looks like the gooseneck variable temp is great for pourovers. Has a built in timer with dial to bring to temp. https://youtu.be/HqEJTK7NaCg
