I have both - the Aukey charger you shared is MUCH bigger.

Not foldable prongs & not PD. But if it fits you get it.
Incorrect. This is an 18W PD charger. Charges Pixel at 9V, 2A.

Compared to the Aukey PD charger with folding prongs this is still much smaller. If a charger exists at this size with folding prongs - please share a link.

I don't know why you're getting TD. I have the Aukey and it's tiny, has foldable prongs, 18w PD and I can confirm if fast charges both my Samsung S9+ and Lenovo Duet. Its also on sale for only $9. Much better buy than the Anker.

It means that it does everything required by the PD 3.0 specification, plus whatever Anker includes in their PIQ 3.0 specification. I believe that means it also does Qualcomm QC 3.0
It it doesn't say QC3.0 then it's not.. it's only a PIQ 3.0 ... Most QC3.0 chargers are USBA

It says "Fast charging" on the screen and charges as fast or faster than the original charger.

The S9+ supports QC 2.0 and PD btw.

This Aukey one is $9.99 with 10% off by just clicking a checkbox.

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0828WB2VR

USB-C Output (Power Delivery 3.0): 5V 3A 15W, 9V 2A 18W, 12V 1.5A 18W

And you can fold the prongs in.

Not trying to thread crap, but why not buy this one for $1 more: https://slickdeals.net/f/14253602-aukey-usb-c-charger-30w-power-delivery-3-0-fast-charger-12-99-a-c?src=frontpage
30W Aukey vs 18W Anker, and Dual Port Aukey (USB C & USB A) vs single USB C Anker.

PIQ is not an official standard, it's a brand made up by Anker. It just means that it supports PD 3.0 and QC 3.0, as well as having all of Ankers little protection things

30W Aukey vs 18W Anker, and Dual Port Aukey (USB C & USB A) vs single USB C Anker.
Because I've had two Aukey battery packs, and one of them (car jump starter pack) nearly exploded after only the 4th use. The cells expanded enough to break open the plastic case and disconnect the welds.

The other pack kept shutting off if I wasn't drawing what was, at the time, a substantial load. It didn't think a single iPhone 5s at 60 percent charge was enough to stay on for.

Same thing happened to me with an Aukey battery pack. Since then I've been firmly in the Anker camp for all their battery tech. I even jumped into the Soundcore brand they expanded into for audio. I've been thoroughly impressed with nearly everything Anker has brought to market, and I've never had a problem with any of their chargers or cables. IMHO, spending $1-2 more for the longevity of the item is the true "slick deal" in these scenarios.
